The ladies at the desk are very friendly and very helpful. We needed a ride to a location while the vehicle was being done and then I picked us up when we called. Found we had a problem with our battery and thankfully you have that 24 point check system so we needed a new battery also. But the rewards program really helped us pay for the oil change and tire rotation. Beautiful new facility here in Glasgow Kentucky

This was a 90K service. They quoted me a price and the final cost was considerably less. I appreciate them saving my money. I had an appointment at another Ford dealer but they couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks. Don Franklin got me in 2 days after I called.
