The Service Department at Monticello went above and beyond expectations by working us in without an appointment. We were traveling through the area when our Jeep broke down and they got us back on the road. Recommended a motel and shuttled us to and from. Special thanks to Derek Lester, Allen Lewis, and Tim Rutherford for taking care of us like family. God bless them all!

Don Franklin Collision Center did an excellent job fixing my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus after it was struck in the side by a deer.
