Brought my 2025 Kia Carnival in for a oil change. Showed up about 20 minutes early. They was very professional, fast and thorough. They had it in and out and I was on my way in just a few minutes.

Whitney Moon was our incredible sales rep. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. We felt as if we sent her in circles by not knowing “what type of vehicle” we were in need of….
Mrs. Whitney had a car (we thought we liked) brought in from Lexington for us. It was so nice and sharp but too small for us. As we continued our conversation she said “let me pull this Nissan Pathfinder around for you guys!” We sat in it and drove it. “It fit like a glove!” I am a picky person in reference to vehicles. I have to say this is the vehicle I would have picked out if I had the time to search…. She thoroughly listened to our wants, our needs and she met them with gratitude! Mrs. Whitney also completed all of the sale/paperwork/tags/insurance. Etc with no hesitation. Mrs. Whitney knows the ins and outs, as well as, all things that go along with the purchase, warranty & process.
