My Service Advisor, Chris, is phenomenal. He is customer service oriented and I appreciate that because great customer service is not something you get these days. He stepped up to get something done for me regarding my Premier warranty covered (see how much they would cover for a key fob). He explained that I needed to contact them directly regarding a rock ding in my windshield. AND, the best news he gave me was my vehicle has been added to a list of 40 cars that need the white paint fixed where it's flaking off. I called Don Franklin recently because I saw on Google how Hyundai was covering it for my vehicle year, but the lady at Don Franklin said my model was not included. Chris is my HERO because a car that is 3 years old and taken really good care of should not have paint coming off it

They are Friendly, Helpful and I Hope that they are paid well for the job that they do. They are some of my favorite people. Good car warranty. Salesman was very nice and not pushy when we bought the car. Service with oil changes and tire rotation are done without a big wait, usually within an hour. Service staff polite as well. Very satisfied
I really like my car, a Santa Fe that is about a year old. I was pleased with the service department and felt like they went out of their way to address the couple of issues I had identified. They were very professional. The service took a long time but I had dropped off and had actually expected that. In general a positive experience.
Location is very convenient as.I live in Fayette County. Access roads also convenient. Your car lots are BIG and it’s.easy to get “lost”. You would benefit from BETTER SiGNAGE.
