It was very quick when I got there and got the problem fixed in a small amount of time and the guy talked to me about what was done and some other things that the scan showed on my car. I may have to have those fixed as well

I can’t say enough about Greg Long at the Campbellsville store. I went to Don Franklin about 6 months ago looking at trucks. Oddly enough, was greeted by Greg, enjoyed a great conversation and zero pressure, little did I know at the time he was the GM for that store.
Here I am six months later I finally bought a truck from him. There were no gimmicks, no BS. Could I have bought a truck at another store cheaper, absolutely. However in today’s world you won’t find dealership that won’t try to swindle, bait and switch and pull all kinds of tricks. Never got that feeling from him nor his staff. As much as I used to despise buying a vehicle, that Don Franklin team made it a pleasurable experience. The only down side is they wouldn’t give me Eddie Franklins number so I could call him and personally tell him thank you for the experience!!!
