Very friendly, I called to see when I could get my Chevy Colorado truck in to get the transmission flushed & they told me if I bring it in today there would be a good chance that it could be squeezed in & have done that day or the next without an appt. I was able to bring it in around noon, they called me back around 4:00 telling me it was done & ready to go on the same day. Couldn't ask for better service!
We bought our second Elantra last March. Our first one is a 2010 Elantra with 250,000 plus miles and still runs!!Our new one has all the bells and whistles and we love.

Their service department does good job, always returns vehicle to you within the time limit that state , or sooner, if they are running behind service desk always informs you or updates you on whats going on.

I liked how friendly the guys were at Don Franklin. It cost around $60 for an oil change. I was getting the works but they was nice enough to call and tell me it wouldn’t do any good because my tires was bad. I recommend their service.
