They done a great job putting it all back together. The GRAND WAGONER sticker on the side was black but the other side is chrome and the side mirror was scratched up pretty bad. The manager said he would order a new cover for the side mirror and a new cover for the side mirror. The two problems will be corrected according to the manager. He said he would mail me the 2 parts when they come in, I agreed. Other than that they done a great job with the rest of it.

I love how you guys warranty certain vehicles for 10 years with oil changes. The guy who helped me named Adam was amazing. He went out to the car and gave the good, bad and ugly of the vehicle I was interested in. He brought some paint issues on the Lincoln Navigator to the owner and they sent it to the shop to get the rear bumper fixed whether I bought the car or not bc they hold their standards high.
I am 125% placed. I will never buy another car from any other dealer other than Don Franklin. You all have the best staff and I’ve ever worked with. I would have to give you all 100 stars every one of your employees go above and beyond to make your company the best my salesman Kayden is top shelf and his assistant service manager that sets in his old office. I forgot his name I have sent so many people over to buy a car from you. All I know about 70% of them has bought one or two cars from you all I like your logo driven by families that’s how I handle my business. You should be proud of your team and I will tell you I cannot be any more happier with them than I am.
