Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
I dropped a vehcile off which was leaking fluid. After a quick inspection it was determined that the oil filter was loose. The repair was made quickly along with other recommended servicing on the same date. I am pleased with everything.

Your service tech’s are incredible. I was about 30 miles from the dealership with rain pouring down. The rubber part of the wiper blade, on the driver side, partially came off. The service dept took my name and told me to just come on and they would help. When I arrived my, Jennifer, my tech recognized me when I walked in said and said “Mr. Lawson. I’ve got you ready”. Amazingly she recognized me and did have everything ready. She told me I had bonus dollars and they would cover the cost. In just a few minutes I was taken care of and on my way and didn’t have to pay anything. Personal, friendly and attentive is a good way to describe the service tech’s. I’m treated like I’m a friend.
