I like getting m car serviced at Don Franklins because I need to know what is done to my car is the way it needs to be cars are expensive and so are services but at Don Franklin it’s affordable and the best if something does go wrong in the garage which it has before because it’s so hard to keep a good mechanic these days but the men that’s been there for so long will make it right and handle the issues immediately. I love this for they take that worry off my mind. I’m so thankful to have them taking care of my car.
From sales to service manager they all have been great to work with. Couldn’t ask for any better treatment from staff at Monticello Ky location. Always friendly and genuinely care about you as a customer. Will buy my next from them if need another vehicle and will be serviced there.

I never have issues when coming to Don Franklin. A couple years ago I brought my 21 K5 into Wyatt Johnson for an AC recall due to a part being bad. They told me nothing was wrong but my AC was not working. I brought it to Yall and I had a fixed car the same day because the part was bad. Every person in your building is super nice and very helpful. Ralph and Parker got me set up with my 23 sportage and then I sent two more their way for two more vehicle sales. All three of us loved how nice and professional they were with the buying process and even now Parker is still checking in to make sure my car is set. He got my appointment scheduled to get my spare key done. I can’t say enough good things about them both.

I drive few miles so I don't need an oil change often. I always make the 1 hr 40 minute trip to Don Franklin for service. I have found it is easy to get an appointment and oil changes are fast. Also I like the fact they sent me a coupon for a discount,

So far I like everything I’ve not had a problem other than the guy in the parts department. He seems like he’s not very knowledgeable on things, but other than that, I have been pleased with the service I have got say the staff is very friendly and helpful
