Everyone at the Don Franklin Bowling Green dealership were so friendly and veey welcoming. Very helpful as well, they made buying a new car super easy and hassle free. Soh was very knowledgeable and helped pick out the perfect car for me. The car that I wanted was at their dealership in Glasgow and they had it driven to their Bowling Green location so I could test drive it. The whole experience was incredible and I very highly recommend going here to buy a car. Thank you so much! I would rate this dealership beyond 5 stars!

It’s took about a month for me to get in to get my car checked out, but the employees there areVery friendly… Jen was awesome very polite very informational. She kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on every step of the way she is a very good worker and so down to earth I will definitely be back customer service like that is hard to come by. I have bought two cars and a truck-from this dealership only because their customer service is outstanding!
