I avoided the dealership before Don Franklin bought it because of the service I experienced there before but decided to try it once Don Franklin took it over. Actually, I believe the service I get there now is the best that I have ever had from any Toyota dealership I have been to. A major example is when I had a 2022 4Runner that had an air conditioning problem. I initially took it to a dealership in Jacksonville Florida while I was visiting my daughter. That dealership told me that it had an internal leak and it would cost me $2500 to get it fixed since it was not under warranty. I decided to wait until I got back to Kentucky and took it to Don Franklin. The service department quickly diagnosed the problem correctly and got Toyota to cover the cost of replacing the faulty part! Their service department makes sure that you are treated with the utmost respect and are very honest and efficient in getting you back on the road as quickly as possible! I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them very highly! I love Toyota!

I have been driving Nissans for the past 20 years. I drove a Morano for 10 and then a Rogue for 10. I just purchased the Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. I love it! The Nissans are so dependable and easy to drive. I feel very safe in them. Service has always been top notch. Easy to make appointments and the work is always done to my specifications.
