I like Don Franklin and who helped me, but I was under impression that per your advertisement it stated bad credit, no credit, whatever everyone drives at 0- little down payment. Got approved but a huge down payment was needed on a used vehicle which I don't understand because we had more than enough money coming in. I do hope to do business and get a vehicle soon

Well I have been dealing with Don Franklin Ford in London since 2018 and I have always been pleased with service department they have been very knowledgeable about what needs to be addressed on service and been helpful with all decisions making with me the customer. The products that have been installed on my ford truck and Lincoln car and suv has performed to the best of there abilities and have lasted for a very long period. Prices have been very competitive.
