The service department is fantastic, they are great at scheduling and getting everything taken care of on my Aviator. The only exception is the car washing. I cringe every time I get my car back after maintenance. There’s water marks and streaks all over the place. A little extra effort in showing pride in these beautiful vehicles will go along way. I will give it another chance and after that, I’ll specifically request not to wash it.
