The service manager Andy workman took very good care of me. I have an excessive oil use 2019 sonata. So I drove the 1000 miles then received a brand new loaner while they did the next step. He really listened to me and was very helpful. Chris breeze was my service advisor and he too was very helpful.

WOW. my wife and I were blown away by my sales person. he went above and beyond when it came to helping me find a car. THEN the pit boss, he was a trooper behind the counter in TRYING to find me the best deal. In the end THEY did not candy coat it about not being able to find me a car in my price range, other car lots would have lied to make the sale. now for the service department, WOW... they made me feel at home with my Ford Flex, being up front in letting me know at this time they can't help me. my wife and I were so proud of knowing you care. There are plenty of service writers to ensure the wait isn’t very long. Scheduling is simple for simple service. Fortunately I haven’t had any emergent issues.
Top notch products. Except your windshield wipers. The ones I got last month at Russell Springs are terrible.
The service department at Don Franklin GMC is outstanding. I always take my truck there to get worked on. The prices for service is compatible with other places so I’d much rather take it there for the quality assurance.

I love the Envision, it's a well made SUV. It's reliable. Drives nice and smooth. The only thing I wish with the newer models that the screen when you are backing up was a little larger to see, like the 2023 model.
