Have had both of our Ford vehicles serviced there a number of times. Quick, easy no-hassle drop off and pickup. Quality work. Much better overall experience than the Ford dealership down the street.
Have bought several vehicles there when it was Pinkham Lincoln. Good experience and fair negotiation each time… Yesterday, worked with Benny on a vehicle. Turned out to be a good vehicle, but just not the right vehicle for us. But he was helpful and we will be happy to contact him the future.

For normal service you don’t come out and say you need cabin filter , air filter, Etc…. If you do. You bring that filter out with you and show the dirty filter.
No pressure on adding parts to run up bill.

Only thing this time- all my presets had been wiped out - radio stations, seat positions- everything- never had that happen before.
Also have been told before that only need oil change every 8000 miles - this time they said 5000- even when questioned and let them know what I had been told before.
Other than that- everything was good
