The entire experience was much easier and more enjoyable than I expected, and I truly appreciate everyone who helped make such an important purchase a great experience.
I especially want to recognize Sasha Stevenson, because she truly went above and beyond for me. She was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Anytime I had a question, she was more than willing to answer it and make sure I fully understood what I was being told.
One of the things I appreciated most was how thorough Sasha was. She made sure I knew what I was signing, explained the different parts of the purchasing process, and walked me through everything step by step.
