Well I come to have a couple recalls done on my Explorer. Done it really fast. If I'd known it wasnt got.to take long i would have stayed. From the time I dropped it off 24.mins later they called saying it was all done. Replacing the pullar covers on both sides and a fan relay.

It is a luxury vehicle with more than I expected! It was missing a charger at no fault to the Elizabethtown dealership I purchased from. They promptly got the vehicle I wanted from London KY not knowing it was missing the charger for my Hybrid. David took one from another vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait for the ordered one. Benny was very knowledgeable and quite persuasive in a respectful way. There was another gentleman that was very helpful with setting up Lincoln Way.

The all around service provided, from maintenance, to repair unexpected issues, and in this case of mine, I had hit an animal carcass in the road, causing quite a bit of damage underneath the van, and the service department worked with and communicated with me and the insurance co. There was absolutely none of the time consuming back and forth beteeen service and insurance, saving me time and headache, and all questions were answered and done so promptly.
Really like the Cadillac xt5. Debbie wanted to go back to Cadillac and loved the style. Chad Hatcher was a great guy and very knowledgeable of car. Everyone at Franklin Cadillac was respectful and courteous. Highly recommend!
