I like my Kia Carnival very much. It is easy to drive and very comfortable. I recently took my care in for service to take care of a voluntary recall issue as well as an issue regarding the inability to put the car into gear. This was a one time occurrence. I was not contacted with an update the day I dropped it off and when I called at the end of the day, I was told the car needed to stay overnight. Again, I was not contacted until very late in the day. All of this is to say I would prefer more timely updates.
