Just want to say I made my appointment on line and when I got there it did not show I had one. It was no problem they got my car in quickly and took care of me. I don’t have anything negative to say about the employees that work at the Glasgow dealership they have always been extra nice when I go there. I bought my car there with out hassle. Between my wife and I and my 2 sons, we've bought 5 vehicles from Don Franklin over the years. That includes 4 Hyundais and 1 Genesis. The Hyundai service center is good but the Genesis service center is a level better anything we've ever experienced. Dan, the Genesis service advisor, went above and beyond in verifying everything was complete, making me feel appreciated, & ensuring it was an overall pleasant experience. I don't think
we'll ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. 12/10 Stars ⭐
