I have worked a number of times with Marc Franco and think he’s just a great representative of the company. He has never used the high pressure approach. Instead he listens to customer needs and works to find options that meet those needs expectations.
Friendly personality that makes home ready to talk to and that inspires confidence in the information he shares. Just an overall nice guy.
Also, the service department has always met or exceeded my expectations in scheduling and performing service. Again gaining trust through their reliability.
I like that I got in and out in the same day but I didn’t like that I have to wait for parts to be put on. I feel like as a costumer It should be a priority to be took care of that day be able to take my vehicle home.

I come to you all because of your service department. I use to go to another dealership closer to my house, but Don is pleasant and knows what he’s talking about. He is organized, professional, and takes care of his customers. That’s why I come there.
The way me and my wife was treated was great I’ve been to other dealers and they wouldn’t even take my info cause I’m a mechanic and I’m always looking that way but yall was more then happy to sit down with us and find out what we had and needed and even what was going on in life Josh was great thank you so much

Service is good and they will tell you about how long it will take and they have been on time. Also I ask to have brake pads checked and they did and said were ok . Some people would have taken advantage and told me they needed to be replaced so I was really pleased at they were honest
