I love my vehicle, it is a joy to drive. I like getting it serviced at the dealership because everyone is good at their job. The service area is convenient and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to make the fact that GM points may be used to pay for service easily available. I was not thinking about the points, my son brought them up before I went to my appointment and it paid for my whole service the day I went. It could have done this on one of my earlier visits if I had been aware. Other than that, I think you do a a great job! My service technician Austin was wonderful to work with.

I had a recall on my Rogue and at first they said it would take about 2 hours to fix. However it was fixed in about an hour and was great. Ron in the service department really took care of me.

Love my K5. I get compliments all the time. Today at the Zaxby's drive-through, someone asked me if it was 2025. I said no, it is the 22, and I bought it in 21 at Don Franklin KIA in Somerset. I took one look at the three sitting there and knew I wanted it. It may have been the first ones on the lot. He said it was beautiful and he loved it. That is just the latest in many years of compliments about the car.
I usually bring my car in for service at the Somerset location, even though I have service available at Don Franklin Kia. I like the people there. Ty and the others take care of me and any issues.
I've purchased 2 vehicles from there and the staff are very knowledgeable and kind.
My issue was covered by warrenty except the deductible. I dropped my vehicle off and they called me when it was ready.
