Well I guess I thought it was fixed to quickly. Everyone i talked to about it said that it sounded really bad! When you called & said it was finished , I cldnt believe it. I just hope & pray it works for awhile! This car has been so much trouble in the short time I've owned it! I guess I need to say thx for getting my car back to me so fast.....

It's not as much about the product. It's more about the people and service, Don Franklin's service people, make you feel welcome, they keep informed of any additional mechanical issues and services.

Your service techs, that take the keys, are very good at their job. Your mechanics inspect and relay their findings to the customer. I ran a shop years ago. Good service is what brings customers back. Yours is exceptionally good.
