Service was very good fast and friendly as far as product of my 2019 f-250 not so pleased have less than 30,000 miles never been off road or in winter weather chrome chipping on wheels and trim on cab came loose at rear window you think that wouldn’t happen such low mileage and ford motor company customer service could care less about it being retired and disabled though it be truck last me rest my life at this moment very disappointed in it

I like the videoing techs do when they are going through the service checks while the hood is up and the vehicle is lifted looking at brake pads wear to any leaks ect.
I believe the nature of people’s concerns are handled to the best of the employees ability. Cars, and trucks are machines and sometimes it takes a minute to figure out what the issue is. The developers at automobile factories are not always helpful when it comes to a dealer mechanic. I have been treated very well of course when you get as old as I am a lot of problems are understood better than the past.

When I was there to get my oil changed my tire sensors was out three of them he quoted me about $240 and I was like I don't really have the extra money and he did not pressure me into doing it he looked at me and said that's fine ma'am and as far as his sensor it's not going to hurt your car but just keep an eye on your tires and that was very nice of him not pressuring me in to getting something when I did not have the money
