The customer service was excellent. Every single person I interacted with was great. The cars were also ahead of the pack. Lots of nice features and felt very high-tech. Seth and the sales manager, Marco I believe, were both great to work with as well. Even though I didn't end up purchasing a Hyundai vehicle, they definitely gave me a lot to think about for my next purchase. I will be back next time I'm in the market to obtain my next car for sure.

I am not happy that my 2026 Rouge is already needing tires. After purchasing a new car you do not expect to have to put tires on it after only 25,000 miles. I think this should be address at the corporate level.
