The Service Dept has been fantastic to work with. They go out of their way to make sure our vehicle is in top running condition. Our van is a 2013 and we are so thankful it is in good hands. If prices ever come down we will be there to purchase our next vehicle from them.

The staff at the Glasgow location are always so friendly and helpful! My last service was scheduled on a Saturday and Kendall let me knoopening soon and I could get my vehicle serviced there (I live in Bowling Green) if I didn’t want to drive to Glasgow. I called the Kia (BG) on a Saturday and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I tried calling another day during my planning and was told by the receptionist that in order to schedule an appointment for an oil change, I would need my VIN number! I explained that I never needed that before and that I didn’t have that with me. I asked if most people kept their VIN number on them? She then tried to “explain” places where I could find it (not that I was asking for this information). I then stopped her and told her that I would just drive the 30 minutes to Glasgow where they have better customer service. I have actually worked in customer service and I am an elementary school teacher. The people who are working with the customers are very important! This single interaction makes me not want to go to the Don Franklin Kia, even though it is in the same town that I live. I would rather drive 30 minutes to Glasgow, where I am welcomed. They were so accommodating when scheduling my appointment and I love that Kendall and Debbie have been working there since I have been going. They are the Best!
