Greeted promptly and seen quickly. Treated with kindness and respect throughout the visit.

The charges are so ridiculously high that people can’t afford to take care of themselves. I thought I might be having a heart attack and contemplated going to the ER for 45 minutes all because I was afraid of the ER bill. It’s sad to be honest and I paid 1/2 this for a CT scan, X-rays, labs and better care at Texas Health. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter what I say because it won’t change anything and no one cares.

Easy access with no delays and quick results
What can I say my experience was top tier from the time I knew this was the place that I was to report to, for my procedure. Everyone from check in to the time I checked out attentive to my needs, understanding, knowledgeable, happy, reassuring, calm, patience and friendly. I was greeted with a smile and urgency as soon as I walked through the door. The bed side manner of the entire staff assured me I was in the right place and that I would be well taken care of. Every step of my procedure was explained to me, I was constantly asked if I have any questions or concerns and if I need anything more from the staff. I must admit I never felt nervous because I was well taken care throughout my entire stay at the hospital. After my procedure was competed I was taken to recovery, I received additional world class care from the staff in recovery and was allowed to rest and prepare to go home. I too am a provider and I understand the importance of providing excellence service and care to patients. I am grateful for everyone at Baylor Scott & White that made my stay one to remember and tell others about the great people at this hospital.
Your staff were very professiona, annd friendly. They showed sincere concern about my procedure and provided prompt answers to all my questions. The nurses Inga and Glend were exceptionally great.

The entire staff was very kind and attentive. The process for the scheduled C-section from start to finish went very smoothly.
My carpal tunnel surgery with wDr Victoria Knoll and her team was one of the most professional and comfortable procedures/ surgeries I’ve had. From the registration process through the discard process, I experienced professional and courteous interaction with all involved.
The crew that was in the back working in day surgery were awesome. Their bedside manner was excellent everyone I came into contact with and they were very familiar with NF1 just in general and that made it even better because not a lot of medical staff do no what NF1 is let alone what it causes and the degenerative type is what I have which means I will continue to get sick as the years and I get older. They also had a sense of humor and joked and listened. I just recently had my appendix taken out had emergency surgery and I wasn’t treated well in the way of bedside manner from what I can remember. I will definitely be going back and recommending this hospital for day surgery and everything else.
