Everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Surgery went well, both the surgeon and anesthesiologist were great, and the nurses were very helpful.
Fast and attentive service.
The professional care given by your staff of nurses and drs.
Everyone was extremely kind, caring, & thorough. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Thank you
Initial intake at the front desk was fantastic. The staff was friendly, well organized and efficient. The nurse that took care of me prior to surgery Teresa was great. She took great care starting my IV, I can be a real hard stick, sometimes it takes 7 tries, she got it first time. The Anesthesiologist took all of my information quickly, I requested to be put under slowly and awakened slowly, he did a great job, I had no issues. Dr. Beckman gave my wife all of the information from the procedure in a clear and understandable manner...I couldn't have asked for better care. Dr. Beckman is great.
Everyone helping me from the receptionist to Nurse Summer, who made a painful stick not so painful, thank you. The anesthesiologist spoke with me and made me comfortable with the process and answered all of my questions. And of course Dr. Taylor has done a great job from our first meeting through the surgery. All the staff were great and thanks to each and every one of them.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this BSW Medical Center to anyone needing a medical help in the near future.

Great nurses and surgeons
Everyone here was wonderful, from check-in to post op. My nurse, Rachel T., was so caring and fun to talk to, and helped put me at ease.

Kind staff. On time.
It was a great experience attended by extremely professional people who took great care of me. Tanner was our assigned nurse and could not have been more pleased.
The nurses during delivery were excellent
However postpartum can be improved
Workers were very kind & helpful. Explained everything very well. Didn't have to wait too long.
It allows me to deal with multiple doctors
Everyone was friendly and efficient.
Pros: nurses. They are the best part of the experience. Their professionalism, and friendliness helped through any tense time.
Cons: the hospital staff aren't educated nor encouraged to follow a birth plan. I had a gentle C-section birth plan and most important items were ignored or dismissed as “not true”. It broke my heart to see all of my plans go away with this being potentially my last pregnancy. The worst of all, this is the place I HAD to choose due to my insurance. Positive reviews helped ease my anxiety about the whole ordeal only to be disappointed.
Also, please stop harassing patients for copayments before their service is rendered.
The staff was great throughout our stay.
Everyone was friendly. No waiting time.
The reception staff, nursing staff & radiology tech were all wonderful . However, I felt totally dismissed by the doctor. I’d had an ESI a few days before & I was experiencing an intense headache with vision loss & ringing in ears. I contacted the Dr that did the ESI & she told me to go to ER & even gave me her cell number to give to ER doctor.
ER doctor examined me, said I wouldn’t have a reaction to an ESI 3 days after the shot. Gave me zofran & morphine, offered a CT. I asked her to please call the doctor that did the ESI. A couple of minutes later a CT tech came in to take me for CT. After the CT I was given instructions for nausea & ‘common’ headache & sent home.
Two days later I was no better. Went to my primary care physician who immediately sent me to a different ER & they clearly stated that I could have a spinal headache with spinal fluid leak & might need blood patch.
Very unhappy that the Baylor Frisco ER dismissed me after I continued to try to advocate for myself.
I’ve always been very loyal to Baylor healthcare system, but that is coming to an immediate end after that ER visit, which is really sad that one physician ruined it while everyone else I came in contact with was exceptionally friendly & professional.

Everyone was friendly and professional.
