Excellent staff from the front deck in the emergency room, to the nurses and doctor on duty that night. Was admitted quickly to a room, and prescribed medication that has already made a big difference in my improved health

The entire team provided an exceptional experience during my colonoscopy procedure. Every staff member was attentive, compassionate, and professional. They helped me feel comfortable by clearly explaining each step before it happened, which eased my anxiety and made me feel well cared for throughout the visit.

The nurses, doctors and front desk staff are very attentive and professional. The hospital is clean and waiting room is situated to give patients family privacy while they wait.

The receptionist and escorts were very kind and helpful which made it easy to navigate the admission process. Each of the nurses were excellent and took very good care of my needs. My doctor and his staff were professional and he I felt comfortable in their care. All the way through recovery and the entire experience I felt that I was well cared for.

The nurse are great nurses, doctors and a great support staff. Its was one of BSW Medical Centers, I have been in. The only issue I have was rushed out after surgery and ended at Emerbgency BSW Medical Center Frisco PGA Pkwy

We delivered our baby on July 16 and the whole experience was very pleasant. We were informed of each and every step throughout the journey (C-section - prep, recovery and then in the room). Later that day, I had bleeding and I pressed the button to alert the nurse. I felt like watching a movie where a bunch of nurses rushed in not time, each carrying different equipment. They made sure everything was alright and I got discharged in just 2 days walking! Thank you so much to all of them.
The services are too notch and the employees are even better!
Overall, we are grateful for the care we received during the birth of our baby. We especially want to recognize and sincerely thank some of the nurses who were incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. Their empathy and dedication made a stressful time much more comfortable for our family.
One area where we believe the hospital could improve is ensuring that all nurses provide the same level of friendliness, empathy, and compassionate care. While some nurses went above and beyond, our experience was not consistent across the entire team. Having every patient treated with kindness, patience, and understanding would make a significant difference during such an important and emotional life event.
Thank you for the excellent care provided by those outstanding nurses, and we hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for future families.
