My pre surgery nurse Tanner was amazing and super kind. He do everything he could to ease my anxiety and nerves.
No one called me the day before my surgery to confirm my surgery time, date or location. No email or phone called received for someone to take my pre-operative medical history. No one asked when I was in pre-op if I was allergic to surgical adhesives and I am having a severe allergic reaction to the surgical glue used. Along with allergies, this needs to be a question asked. They were running behind and the room wasn’t ready and it delayed my surgery. Surgeon was there and ready along with anesthesiologist.
Nurses, surgeon and anesthesiologist taking care of me the day off were all excellent.

Very fast, efficient but I didn't feel like I was being rushed. I was educated on my surgery, before and after. My family was updated during the procedure when it took additional time than expected. After the procedure I felt like I was in good hands. I wasn't handled too roughly. I felt cared for.
Kind, caring, friendly, very professional!
From the time I walked into the facility until the time I was discharged, I was treated with so much dignity and respect. My questions were all answered and I did not feel nervous at all. The nurses and doctors were very attentive and asked how I was feeling and if I needed assistance with anything. They also called my medical transport service to ensure my discharge from the hospital went smoothly. I received a personalized greeting card from the staff and each medical professional signed it. It made me feel like a welcomed guest. Thank you for such a great experience and bedside manners. Dr. Clyde Collins was so very personable as well and I did not feel rushed when asking or having questions answered about the procedure.

The staff that handled check in, prep and surgery were professional, organized and knowledgeable.
Dr. Ingall is very good and I would recommend to others in need of an orthopedic surgeon.

This Labor and Delivery stay with BSW Frisco was most probably the best service and experience a new mother can ever get. I am truly appreciative and amazed at the level of the attention to care the Doctors AND especially the great team of nurses provided. My newborn and I had a round the clock care from the pediatric, nursery and postpartum nurses and valuable lessons from the lactation consultants to help me effectively feed my baby with the breast. I cannot recommend BSW Frisco enough to my friends who will be giving birth soon.

It took time to get the discharge papers and I had to wait for quite some time even though there weren't any complications.

Very prompt and efficient check in and treatment. That is the key to any hospital or emergency room. Do you have to wait forever, or can you get in quickly? With efficient processes with up-to-date technology, with enough staffing to get treated quickly and fairly. Baylor Scott and White did that exceedingly well.
