Mean staff
Everyone from admission to discharge was so nice and caring. Love using beepers for patient privacy! The main waiting area was so comfortable. Summer, my admit nurse was great. Shannon, my discharge nurse was amazing.
The only improvement would be the software. I was able to print my med list with a few clicks from my phone in Epic, but there was no patient portal to enter it for Meditech. All of the admit nurses were using paper for patients home meds.
Still we were very impressed and felt like we were in good hands!

The culture here is unlike any other surgery center I've experienced. I can tell from the tenure of the employees, there is very little turnover, and that tells me the team is happy - and it shows in their patient care.
I was made to wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time. reasons were provided afterwards which were not helpful. It was really frustrating that there was ZERO communication during the wait.

No waiting in emergency room
The check-in by phone appreciated as I don’t like doing it on-line. Your nurses who assisted me were wonderful. I like Dr Beckman very much. She gave me a thorough explanation of my results afterwards. I appreciated the pastor who prayed with me before my procedure. The anesthesiologist gave me an explanation before my procedure about the sedation I received. Overall, everything went smoothly. Thank you.
The waiting room at the entrance was beautiful, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Once I was taken back for my procedure, I felt very well cared for by my nurse, and the anesthesiologist had such a great manner about him. I truly felt like I was in very good hands.
The care I received after the procedure was also excellent, or at least as much as I can remember while recovering from anesthesia! 😂 The entire process was very professional, organized, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this facility and staff.

Very accommodating at the reception area waited on quickly. Nurses were outstanding overall really good experience with the staff from the start to the finish doctor communicated what the procedure would be what I needed to do after.
