We’ve had all 3 kids here and our experience increasingly is better each time. Our last c-section was the best experience we’ve ever had. The admins, doctors, nurses, techs, cafeteria staff and housekeepers were all phenomenal. We felt like everyone genuinely cared and listened to our needs. They went above and beyond caring for me and my newborn. We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

The service was excellent at Baylor & Scott & White Medical Center. I was the only one at the emergency room and I was immediately called to be sent to a room and clean the wound and less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you so much to all the staff.
Nurse Amy in the Day Surgery area was wonderful to me when I was there on February 19 for a colonoscopy. She made me feel so comfortable during what could have been an embarrassing situation. Loved Amy!

I had a great ER Nurse. He was amazing. The facility is nice. But if you need care in certain areas you have to be transported somewhere else. The parking situation is not great at all if you need to go to the ER. I could not get the app to work for me at all. I hope that’s not the way you are going to bill me. The ER doctor wasn’t as nice as the nurse. He did prescribe me the medication I needed and I appreciate that. He could use some improvement on his bedside manner though. The 9 I gave you as a rating is mostly due to how great the nurse was I had!

I originally went to an urgent care, but they sent me to this er. Everyone was so nice and the wait time was very low. This is the first time in years where I needed to go to the emergency room and was treated like a human being and not just a number. There weren’t people in the halls, my medical information wasn’t being shared in front of other patients, I wasn’t left sitting in a hallway for 21 hours. I can happily say, if any of my friends or family have the unfortunate need to go to the emergency room, I will send them to y’all. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for getting me in, treating me, getting the scans I needed, and then sending me home feeling better than when I got there.
