The service was absolutely beautiful from L&D, lactation, nursery and all through postpartum. All the nurses were super kind and attentive. I felt loved and well taken care of, from start to finish. Thank you so much for the professional care provided to me and my baby. I would also like to add that the food was delicious.

Fast, friendly and professional
Great hospital and staff.
Need more follow up with patient prior to day of procedure so when two different reminders are sent out with different times, the patient needs to know which is correct and won’t have to sit at the surgery center for an additional two hours.
After the procedure, drink and small snack would be appreciated to make sure things can be swallowed and digested .

Easy to get necessary procedure done with attentive staff.
It was my first time for having a procedure to remove kidney stone and it was scheduled at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. From the information desk till my discharge they took very good care of me, all the staff was very nice, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had no problem what so ever and I will recommend this hospital to all the people in my network.

Very friendly and precise diagnosis
Staff is friendly and so knowledgeable. Best I’ve ever dealt with at a Hospital. The hospital was immaculate, no dirt or messiness anywhere!! Snack and drinks are offered for guests. Top notch all the way!!!
