The admitting personnel and nurse Alicia were wonderful, but not impressed with Dr. Kara ?, at all! I had been running fever for a week and taking amoxicillin for a supposed positive strep test. I knew something wasn’t right. I was very sick and every “self-help medical website” said I should go to the ER. I did and she treated me like why are you here. In fact, she said “ what do you want me to do for you”, sarcastically. After giving me fluids and doing bloodwork she said I was under dosed on amoxicillin and that my white blood count was coming up. (I had told her what it was from an urgent care visit). She gave me a copy of my bloodwork and when I got home I realized there were several things that were marked “abnormal”, and she never mentioned those. When I looked them up, they were all related to my liver. Thankfully, I was able to get into see my primary and I showed her those things and she ordered more detailed bloodwork. I ended up being hospitalized a couple of days and still waiting on some test results for a complete diagnosis.
Failure to explain cost of care yet running a huge bill
Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Services were thorough, well scripted and organized. Post op was unusually well staffed and attentive. Great folks!

Great experience and the nurses took awesome care of me!
Very competent and fast. However one observation, the sheet on the bed was dirty. The nurse (Paul) was chewing gum with his mouth open while getting my blood draw and getting the IV ready.

No ER wait time. The entire ER staff was warm k welcoming, and professional. Clean hospital. Entire service was top notch. I especially appreciated the follow up call from the ER doctor 2 days after my ER visit to see how I was doing & answer any questions.
The ER team including Dr. DryDen, Nurse Bow and Tony are really nice people.

All the people involved from start to finish were very professional, polite, and friendly. They were all very caring people and obviously knew what they were doing. I felt very comfortable in their hands.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My surgery was done as scheduled and all of my nurses were so very kind to me and my hubby. Tanner was so gentle and understanding in starting my IV and was so kind with pre-op nerves. Terry, my post op nurse was so kind making sure I was comfortable and getting me what I needed to manage my nausea.
I had a great experience before, during and after my surgery. The staff was awesome, from the front desk to the doctors. I would highly recommend.
The service provided by both Dr. Bond and nurse, Alan was outstanding. Both medical professionals thoroughly explained every step of the evaluation process and findings. Alan was the most engaging, compassionate, and knowledgeable person that I have ever encountered in my medical history.
