Thank you for taking such good care of me while I was in the ER. Everyone was so nice and genuinely seemed very concerned. I just moved from Colorado and was on a totally different city but felt safe and taken care of.

Front admission desk is efficient and orderly. The nurses in prep and recovery are very kind and courteous, especially at 6:30am.
Wifi. Why did it never work? That seems like an easy thing to solve.
I had an excellent experience with Baylor Scott & White Hospital from beginning to end. The entire experience was outstanding in every aspect, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the level of care provided.
From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, compassionate, welcoming, and attentive. The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness, communication, and dedication, making sure everything went smoothly and that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.
The level of professionalism, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly impressive. Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to patient care and satisfaction. It was clear that the entire team takes great pride in their work and goes above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.
I sincerely appreciate everyone who played a part in making my experience such a positive one. Baylor Scott & White Hospital sets a wonderful example of what exceptional healthcare should look like. The attending Nurse and radiologist were very kind, compassionate and expressed empathy, but the attending doctor in the ER had no bedside manner. He was very short, it was like he did not even try to see what was going on with me and had absolutely no expression of concern. He came in and said what can I do and after explaining the situation he just said OK and walked out of the room. He came back told me they were gonna do a CAT scan left the room and when I came back, he explained what they saw, and we had questions, but he was very short and not present in the moment to answer questions.
Once I got into the ER room, I was treated quickly and the nurses were fabulous!
Get the back-offfice straightened up. My post-surgery stent removal was given verbally by my surgeon to my wife. We came back to the hospital at the assigned date and they had no record of any appointment. We were told to try the doctors' office. So we arrived there and got the same story...no record of any appointment. They did fit us in, and the stent successfully removed, but wow. They don't follow the six P's.

All of the staff, but especially Brittney, my RN, and Dr. Cadensa (please forgive me if I spelled these names wrong), were compassionate to me. I was anxious and thought I’d had a more serious medical episode than I actually was, but they never made me feel foolish for coming in.
Even though it’s kind of a labor and delivery hospital and I was not the target market for their services.
Large and comfortable with plenty of setting in the waiting area. The staff in the waiting area and back in the surgical area were very friendly and informative. Everyone made sure I was comfortable.
My experience at Baylor Medical Center was perfect. Everyone working there was professional, attentive, and caring. Each person seemed to be so happy working there.
For know there are two case from my wife’s treatment in my hand:
1- in 2023 she had a surgery, you sent me bill and I paid off by payment. After three years collection company call me
For debt.
2-she got incident and we refer to your emergency, and you billed us two times for one medication services.

The doctors and nurses were very attentive and worked hard to solve the issue that I was dealing with. I was impressed with how thorough and thoughtful they were.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable
The service was impeccable with every staff member I encountered. From the check in staff all the way to the Nurses in Pre-Op, Recovery and PACU.
The labor and delivery overnight team was unprofessional and not as knowledgeable as the daytime team. It was quite unsettling since this was my third delivery at Baylor Frisco and we’ve always had an amazing experience both day or night with the nursing team. Go to Baylor Frisco L & D during the day, the daytime team is AMAZING! The daytime team helped me deliver naturally and get through 6 hours of painful labor. The overnight team is full of Temps and if you’re a first time mom delivering it may not be a comforting experience.
