Staff is very attentive and sweet. No wait time and was seen quickly. They tested me to confirm my illness and took every precaution to help me get better. Will be coming here for any issue that I have. They were also very thorough about my illness and options.
Timely, friendly and professional
Pleasant staff. Stayed on schedule for procedure. Explained in detail what would happen. Great waiting area and eating area per my son and pager system was a winner.

Easy admission, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable waiting area, efficient surgery make-ready room, especially Nurse Teri & the nurse with a ponytail. Surgery room nurse helper, Candace (or close), was caring and efficient. Walter or Walker, the anesthesia doctor, was very attuned to my concerns. Post surgery make-ready room was attentive to my needs and Nurse Catherine got me dressed and on my home as fast as possible. Friendly bunch of folks, knowledgeable and efficient.

They were prompt professional, very friendly and made sure that everything was all right with me before they let me go Dr. Lee and there’s Alex were absolutely superb second time. I’ve been to this emergency room both times they made a big difference in my health. Definitely recommend you go in there. Just be aware you can’t take. They can’t take a fire ambulance there.
Kevin and Amy were polite, calming and informative. Wonderful staff, even the very nice lady who checked me in.
Expert therapy treatment for hand and arm surgical recovery by Alison Taylor Kinesio CHT. She goes way above and beyond any therapists in this field. Her treatment approach is quite exceptional and she looks at all aspects in depth. I have traveled from Kentucky in January 2026 for a 2 week session and again in March 2026 for another 2 week session with her. I highly recommend her for anyone needing hand/arm therapy.
Great staff helpful information given. Very nice and Quick visit!! I packed a blanket and snacks and drinks for my son assuming it’ll take too long but they had us in and out.

It was my first time going to the emergency room there and it was truly one of the best experiences I've encountered at an ER. Yall are doing a great job!!
We were so impressed by the quality of attention we received in labor and delivery and postpartum. The teams did a wonderful job collaborating to response the situations with Grace.
The doctor that I saw that day was Horrible and had bed side manner. These are the reason why I am making the above statement. I told Dr. Brookman, Why I was there. I had gone to my primary care physician on Friday and he told me if I am not feeling over the weekend to go to the ER. Mr. Brookman made the statement, I don't know what I can do for you or what more I can do for you. The doctor listen to my breathing but never look down my throat or check my ears or my nose. I was sent for chest x-ray where I had to walk down the hall while having a difficulty breathing.
Someone should speak to Mr. Brookman about he soft skills and bed side manner. Because I strongly believe is not the daily practice of Balyor Scott and White. Which in network for my personal insurance offer by my employer.
The professionalism of the nurses in the women’s center. Very warm, friendly and patient. Just an overall wonderful experience.
