Very welcoming, very efficient and very professional.
Very friendly and efficient staff, great facility
I had surgery at Baylor Hospital, and the staff was simply amazing. From the nurses to the doctors, everyone was so kind, patient, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I could tell they truly love what they do and care about their patients. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care I received they made a stressful time so much easier.
Everyone is so professional and so courteous! You feel naturally comfortable because everyone is so competent and caring. A lovely experience that takes away stress from surgery!

Friendly staff
I reported drop foot, difficulty walking. If I walked a mile I would have lower back pain later in the day, like A 3 out of ten. The diagnosis on my discharge papers was ‘ acute back pain’. Was the doctor not listening? It was drop foot. I was referred to a back surgeon which is fine but really, no examination of my gait, no referral to a PT which could be an intermediary step. Not impressed.
I’m happy with the doctor who treated me and is from a different doctor’s office.
Although the staff who took care of me that day is amazing, I’m super duper disappointed with the billing team. Right before the procedure when I got a call asking me to make a $1900+ for the procedure I clearly asked her- if I will get any additional bills from any other providers or this is it. She clearly said that this is it and called out that doctor’s office will bill separately. Now after 2 months, I started getting bills for pathology dept for urine tests, for IVs, etc. god knows who else will send more bills to me for the next 1 year for this procedure. This is ridiculous and zero percent transparency with costs.

All the nurses, the staff and everyone that worked there was very helpful really did appreciate all their help.
After being registered in by a gentleman that made practically no eye contact with me, just asked for my ins card, ID, and payment; then I went to pre-op room, then surgery, then out the revolving door. But I guess they were efficient enough.
Communication throughout the process was very good. I liked the checking process. My procedure was done timely. Dr. Collins is great. I found the facility overall to be well kept and clean.

Literally every single interaction from check-in to check-out was positive, friendly, encouraging, professional, and so helpful. Every single person had a great attitude and made us feel so much better at every step of the way.
The food was fantastic and it was amazing for both parents to receive meals. We ate every single meal at the hospital from Friday through Monday and had great food every day. The food service staff were so kind and fast and helpful.
One of the biggest perks that I can’t imagine not having was the nursery. It was an absolute game-changer to have the amazing nursery staff to take care of our baby through the night so we could get caught up on sleep and be better for our baby the next day. This is an enormously helpful service and we will recommend friends to deliver at BSWF primarily for this reason.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish at Baylor Frisco.
I was sent a link for the patient portal to set my password, but it won't let me set a password without a medical record number. I don't have a medical record number and there isn't a medial record number anywhere in the email that I was sent. Why do I even have to do this? Shouldn't everything be at mybwshealth.com. I can't find any records anywhere and I feel like I should be able to find my medical records. The staff and nurses at the hospital were nice and professional.
