Amber was very pleasant friendly and competent with good bed side manner. Dr was good as well
Customer service representative was great.
Everyone was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The hospital was quiet, clean, and did not smell like other hospitals. Everyone explained what to expect during my procedure and was patient with me when I needed more explanation. The procedure for checking in at the front lobby was streamlined to process patients to their correct next place without confusion.
Service was excellent. Efficient and thorough.
Staff were very kind. Everything started on time.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
Nice, prompt service with a courteous staff.
Nice facilities.
Right before the operation everything was good. After the operation the nurses were really good and they were trying their best. But I feel the leadership and management teams of the hospital assigning more patients to a single nurse in phase 1 and phase 2 recovery.
Where I asked for help and the nurse was handling me and couple other patients and she tried her best without slacking. But if she could be assigned only me initially in phase 1. Then I believe she would be able to provide higher quality care.
If you could reduce the burden on nurses and assign them a minimal number of patients so that they can take care of patients more effectively.
Instead of the management understaffing nurses to increase their profit margins

Fast and efficient
Outstanding from top to bottom. The staff was all great from the doctors, to the nurses, the lactation consultants - even the dining and cleaning staff! The food was also great! Would definitely recommend for L&D!!
