The crew that was in the back working in day surgery were awesome. Their bedside manner was excellent everyone I came into contact with and they were very familiar with NF1 just in general and that made it even better because not a lot of medical staff do no what NF1 is let alone what it causes and the degenerative type is what I have which means I will continue to get sick as the years and I get older. They also had a sense of humor and joked and listened. I just recently had my appendix taken out had emergency surgery and I wasn’t treated well in the way of bedside manner from what I can remember. I will definitely be going back and recommending this hospital for day surgery and everything else.

The doctor asked me what can he do for me. Shocking! If I knew the diagnosis and treatment I would have done it myself. He kept telling me that I have better things to do then chatting with him. He pointed out that I drove to ER, did not come by ambulance so, he kind of implied that I was not that sick. Of course, I left. I never heard of anything like this in an emergency room.

It is most unfortunate that the receptionists at front desk are not communicating with last minute bookings with the triage appointments with the PA and the doctors.
There is a communication breakdown in that dept.

Everyone was super nice and the whole process was quick and efficient. It was my first time getting stitches and they made me feel very comfortable.

Great staff
I recently had an EGD procedure, and I can honestly say the hospital staff took amazing care of me
from start to finish. Everyone—from the nurses to the doctor—was kind, professional, and made sure I
felt comfortable and informed the whole time. They answered all my questions with patience and
compassion, which really eased my nerves. I left feeling well cared for and grateful for their excellent
service. Highly recommend Baylor Scott and White Hospital for anyone needing quality and compassionate care!

Fast and efficient..
Very good services. Staff and doctors were nice, informative and helpful.
The BAD Someone called 5 days before and shared all my personal information with out conmriming it was me. They sahred DOB, SS, address and many other details before cofirming my identity. Not OK. Check in process slow, inconvient, and not very freindly.
