The nurses were very helpful and kind. I am very grateful that I chose Bylor for my delivery.
I originally went to the ER with a varicose vein hemmorage. The Dr on staff sewed it up and was efficient but not great on customer service. this was on Thursday. On Monday I returned because I noticed the wound was becoming inflamed around the suture. I was told it was no "big deal" and the Dr at that time was rude, disinterested, disdainful and acted as if he was doing me a favor by looking at it. Total time of encounter was less than 5 minutes. 3rd visit was on Thursday evening. This time was the same dr and nurse who stitched it originally. The nurse was the first to see my leg which was swollen to twice the normal size , inflamed from toe to knee and oozing pus. She was extremely apologetic and kind. The Dr came in and was VERY apologetic and kind also shocked at what he saw. The point is that all of this could have been handled in visit 2 if the DR on staff at that time had done his job and had a small amount of interest which he did not. Antibiotic would have been a good idea at that time. As a result of his incompetence I now have a hole in my leg that I have been dealing with for the last 5 days and treating it 2 times daily and taking 2 meds that make me nauseous while still trying to work. I have always recommended Baylor Scott & White to my customer base when anything is mentioned regarding medical care. Jimmy Laferney is a very good friend and I trust him explicitly. I have several surgeries in this hospital and have always received excellent care until this incidence. I do not feel comfortable in returning to this ER or referring my client base to it because I do not completely believe that they will receive the care that they deserve . First name removed Boyd
I went to thank you the staff and care nurses at the Women and Postpartum Centre. Nurse Maria, Maricar, Keysla,Kimberly,Misty, Michelle, Katherine. They were the absolute best!! They stood by me all through my journey and reassured me that there was hope at th end of the tunnel and that helped my healing process. I walked out of that hospital on the 19th July feeling like I had won!! And yes indeed did win. I am healthier now than I was then and God has been on my side healing me and making me whole.

Check in at front desk is quick and easy. Staff is knowledgeable. Prep Room staff is kind, patient and attentive. Baylor Frisco has been my go-to hospital since it was a "baby". I will not consider going anywhere else. I have always had the best care I can possibly ask for at Baylor Frisco
The people were all amazing!
Everyone showed concern and treated both me and my family with compassion.
I was quickly and efficiently processed into a treatment room. The initial information gathering was done right away. The doctor and nurse were very compassionate with my pain and took my information quickly. The nurse made me more comfortable. The doctor that treated me was knowledgeable. The xrays were done with a minimum f pain. I was advised to see a wrist/arm specialist and told that i had a break. The arm was bandaged well. I was helped.
The nurse and the doctor were very, very caring and everything was taken care of in a quick manner. I did not have to wait.
The ER staff are always friendly and efficient.

BS&W is very dependable. They stay on schedule with patients, are quick to identify problems and resolution, maintain accurate documention of each patient, and maintain excellent computer systems for comunications with patients.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding nurses who provided me with care yesterday. Unfortunately, I do not have their last names, but Cindy was in Pre-op and Rebecca was in PACU. I recently broke my ankle, which has been quite a stressful and uncertain time for me. I was recommended Dr. Chaim ( who is also outstanding and for whom I owe so much appreciation), and I was lucky enough to have him schedule my surgery at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center of Frisco. Having never broken anything before and having no surgeries aside from wisdom tooth surgery, I was frightened. Cindy was the first smiling face I was introduced to. She immediately had a calming presence that put me at ease. My entire time with her, she was pleasant, calm, and professional. She offered help every step of the way, from helping me to the bathroom to noticing I was cold and offering a warm blanket, and when she noticed my heart rate was >100, she asked if I was nervous and sat down to have a conversation with me to calm me down. She is quite literally an angel on Earth. I could tell from her interactions with other staff that she is an intelligent and dependable nurse. She listened to my fears and gave me excellent education that has already improved my recovery.
Then, there is Rebecca. I hope I am spelling her name correctly, but she was my immediate recovery nurse. Waking up from anesthesia can be confusing and scary, but again, she was a bright, smiling face that let me know I was ok. She listened to all my questions and answered them all. She also sat and had a very pleasant conversation with me. I know these nurses are busy, so for them to take the time to talk to me truly makes me feel like I matter and I'm not just a room number.
You truly have amazing staff, including Dr. Chaim, Dr. Adcock, Taylor, the CRNA, the OR nurses, registration, and everyone else I met. I would absolutely return here for any stay, and it is all because of them. I couldn't let them do such an amazing job and give me such a positive experience without recognizing them.
