customer interface with estimated charges it took me 2 weeks with 3 phone calls and left messages and finally had to drive all the way to the hospital just to leave another message. I did get two calls the next day and one of the wanting full payment. Just not the way to interface with patients if you get call quickly to ask for money but you cannot call me ahead to give me time to prepare for payment.
was fast and efficient, got paxlovid, and dr also prescribed antibiotic which helped my bronchial condition. Keep up the good work

clear communication to the patient. We were told on the night of 24th until 7 PM that everything looks good and we might be delivering soon we understand things change but as soon as the shift ended for the nurse at 7 we were told that the baby position is not right for the delivery and I was recommended to be in different positions with peanut ball the whole night and then suddenly doctor shows up at 10 AM in the morning and clears that we are ready to push which for us sounded like something was not communicated the whole night.
Also we visited the facility on the morning of 24th around 10 AM and we were told we will be admitted at 12 PM and then after 15 mins we were told we need to monitor again for a couple of hours before admitting which was not comfortable and a good experience
Other than the nurses were very friendly and helped and understood the pain which is very much mom to be needs and I would recommend the facility for that whole reason.

Everyone we had to deal with were very professional and *very* caring. Amy - the pre-op nurse was especially helpful and accommodating and helped to put me in a very relaxed mood before my procedure. The entire staff made the experience one that I hope can be recognized.
