Very attentive.
They got me in quick and gave me great service
Everything from the medical team members, housekeeping, room service was great. What is a stressing situation was made easier with the support from all who I interacted with. Even the food was great!
The only reason I knock off one point is because our room service order didn’t arrive the evening I actually gave birth (and I really could have used my meal, not sure what happened as all other meals came perfectly fine).

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Surgery was on time.
Wait time was very minimal- staff was extremely courteous and caring- wonderful surroundings and calm surroundings. Caring and attentive nurses and doctors- excellent staff in all respects.
Entire staff, nurses and doctors were amazing.
One complaint: the photographer. She claimed to be totally free. She was extremely pushy about photo purchases after her session. Photos are blurry and unprofessional but we were put on the spot annd guilted into purchasing. New parents shouldn’t have to decide if they want to buy them with her standing there. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional

Facilities are too notch, nurses are fantastic!!! Diane, Brittney, Courtney, Olivia, and EVERYONE else (those are just the names I can remember) was so thoughtful, helpful, kind, knowledgeable. And all of the lactation consultants and pediatric doctors, of course are amazing too. And huge shoutout to Dr Bradley! She’s amazing.

My labor experience this time was absolutely amazing. My labor nurses, Brooke and Heather, were so knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. My postpartum nurses were also great.
My newborn was well taken care of and I was never worried about her if she went to the nursery.
Every time I have gone to the Baylor Scott White Frisco Hospital, I have received incredible care. The attitude of everyone I came in contact with was exactly what I wanted. There is a true passion for taking care of the patient that makes me feel like I am absolutely in the right place, I have had 3 major surgeries at this facility and used the Emergency Room. No matter which group, the service level and care is outstanding!

The atmosphere isn’t like a hospital. It’s very pleasing with a home-like quality. Most of all, the people we met, from the registering attendant, the nurses, anesthesiologist all were kind and friendly. They made you feel that they cared and I felt like I was being well taken care of. That was the most important part of the whole experience. When you’re facing a surgery and you’re fearful and nervous how you are treated means everything. Kind, caring people make all the difference in the world. I hope this facility continues to carry a high standard in hiring compassionate, caring and qualified employees to serve their patients.

They were very quick and thorough. I felt that the communication on what was happening and how long it would be expected to take was great. I left feeling better and was happy with everyone I interacted with.
I love Dr Taylor & all his staff members! Everyone there is so friendly & Dr Taylor is a very good podiatrist! I've had 2 surgeries already & am anticipating another in a few weeks.
I drive from Amarillo to Frisco which is about 6-7 hours to see him but it is well worth the drive.
It was disappointing that the doctor came in and asked what was wrong and after explaining my issue asked "What would you like us to do?" I would expect that a person coming in for a migraine that has lasted more than 7 days would have tried to do another CT scan OR MRI or something. Telling me to go to a neurologist and not really trying to do more as this has been lingering was mind blowing.
The nurses on staff are great! The hospital food is very good and the facility is so nice.
Totally professional, comfortable from the check in thru surgery and recovery. Staff nurses were caring and concerned about my well being.
