I was treated with such fabulous care while at Baylor Frisco. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It made my hospital stay much more enjoyable and less worrisome.

I’ve had the same surgery done at another facility and it was a much shorter process. Also, it’s just a “mill” type process at BSW - loud, impersonal, and a lot going on. The painting crew at work while I’m coming out of anesthesia was unexpected. Just not a very enjoyable experience. There were some great nurses though in preop
Number one, I could tell that this Hospital allowing my doctor to do the surgery there was a special circumstance. Much appreciated! Number two, you have a nurse in pre-op that has a terrific bedside manner! I believe her name is Jill Johnson. Number three, the way everything rolls according to a specified purpose is impressive. I've been to other hospitals that have not been nearly as prepared. Way to go!

We had a good experience overall! The C section process was made easier and calmer by all of the helpful nurses and everyone involved. This was our second pregnancy at the hospital. We had a lot of helpful and caring nurses come in. The lactation consultants were patient and beyond helpful. My only complaint would be that we weren’t offered a lot of diapers or supplies when we left. The last time around we were given more. I had to ask for additional pads and mesh underwear and diapers.

My foot surgery on Monday was a smooth, efficient, careing process, from the receptionist at the front desk, to the recovery room and discharge. I felt well cared for and everyone was very professional.
