Fully disclose that you are not affiliated with Baylor Scott and White hospitals on websites, media, etc.., Patients should not have investigate or be informed when trying to access services, especially when most vulnerable and preoccupied with heath concerns!
Misleading information and names on websites is very frightening and frustrating!
Baylor Frisco Urgent care staff are always so efficient and compassionate and knowledgeable when they have taken care of me. I am so very thankful for all you do! You all are superheroes !
Baylor Frisco is the best to have a baby. This is the 3rd baby we are having there. The things we missed this time were the nice swaddle, baby's foot print on the shirt and the baby bath tub. These were provided to us for the first 2 babies.
Everyone did a good job explaining what was going to happen.
Everyone was so incredibly kind and courteous to us, it made our stay absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend Baylor Scott and White Frisco to everyone!

Excellent care from all that took part in my procedure
The entire staff from checking in to pre-op to surgical, radiology and Recovery staff was very compassionate and friendly making me very comfortable in their care. All the doctors and nurses were very professional and caring.

Availability and active presence of nurse and other needed staff to help speedy recovery and also in feeding the baby.

Overall the procedure went as expected but the folks at this facility made the experience less of a task. I wouldn't say the procedure was enjoyable but the staff made us feel comfortable and made everything less of a burden which gave us a sense of confidence that everything was routine.

Everyone was very attentive when I came to the emergency room. They took great care of me, administered the appropriate tests and walked me through all the procedures. It was very reassuring to have them handle my medical issue.
