Registration went smooth. Beth was friendly and informative. Waiting area was inviting and clean. PreOp RN Emilie was professional, thorough, kind and kept me informed. She made a longer than anticipated time in PreOp peaceful. RN Kristine did an excellent job with inserting the IV and assured I was comfortable. My Anesthesiologist Dr. Scott was professional, assured I understood anesthesia info and was pleasantly humorous which was quite entertaining and, put me at ease. Dr. Alder was awesome. He explained what the procedure would be like, answered all my questions so I had no uncertainty and was through explaining how the procedure went following surgery. Melanie my OR RN was very pleasant and provided all info needed to know what to expect prior to being taken back to the OR and following surgery. After surgery, I woke up in the care of RN Dan. Dan had been my recovery RN in the past and I immediately knew I was in good hands! Dan is calm and pleasant and made the recovery process pleasant. Dan was attentive to my needs and kept me comfortable throughout the discharge process. Excellent teamwork and all assured my fiancé was informed every step of the way.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I am grateful to all for providing care with compassion and kindness!

The front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. I found all of the staff to be personable and friendly.
The Doctor bedside manners were terrible! Very rude and he looked down on me like I wasn’t a human being!He thought I didn’t have insurance but I did.
This doctor needs another profession or stop giving him minorities. I’ll hate to be under his care if I can’t speak for myself.

The nurses were very friendly and helpful and took good care of my baby and I. The food was really good too!
I would have picked "0" as my rating, but the service provided by the provider was good, and I will at least give some credit to that. However, the fees charged were unexpected, excessive, and misleading. The lady at front desk stated the facility charges different than typical other Urgent Care facilities, as there is separate billing for facility/visit, lab work, and provider. However, she did not state the charges will come through as Emergency Room charges and rates, instead of Urgent Care rates. I've had a visit to another hospital related Urgent Care in last 6 months, and even with additional services, was billed less than $250 after insurance adjustments. I have always liked staying within the BSW family, but based on these extreme charges and seemingly deceptive methods, I could not recommend this facility and I am utterly disappointed with these business practices.
Staff was very professional and attentive. We were well taken care of.
Easy check-in process and the staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I also liked that my wife didn't have to stay with me for the day. The process to call my ride when I was ready was fantastic and gave us much more flexibility and it was very much appreciated.

Just that I was talked to like I was not supposed to have come there and talked down to by the male nurse .

An all around great experience! From front desk to recovery room, everyone went above
and beyond making sure I was comfortable and questions answered. The staff was kind,
considerate, professional, and skilled.
Thank you, BSW, for obviously putting extra emphasis on "Standard of Care", which
unfortunately, I have found to be lacking at other facilities.
