Quick service. Proficient staff.
From check in to check out, we were treated excellently. Pre op went well. Surgical personnel were great and recovery room was good too. All nurses were great. Thanks to Irma, Carrie, Amy, Pam and Jil. Facilties were chilly but warm blankets and a blower were provided to counter the shivers.
Efficiency, friendliness.
Very professional and kind
Very professional and friendly staff.
Friendliness of clinical staff. Location. Facility
Doctor was very quick, quick and attentive. I have tried to get help with this issue before and other doctors were dismissive of my problem, the ER doctor here was the first to figure out what was actually wrong.
Thorough, friendly
It was fast and simple, nothing rushed but also not drawn out!
The doctor and nurses were violating hippa by talking about another patient in an gossiping way right outside my daughter's door. The doctor was very sarcastic and the nurses treated us very rudely I'm sure it was because of the color of our skin. I felt very uncomfortable during the duration of our whole visit.
Great staff!!! Beautiful facility with a lovely people
When I politely told the nurse that I didn't need painkillers and anti-nausea medication added to the IV bag, the nurse's communication and attitude were very unprofessional! He impatiently said, "Then why are you here?" The doctor's attitude seemed arrogant and indifferent when he first entered my hospital room. It slightly improved the second time.
Everyone was patient, caring, and very respectful.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Knowledgeable medical staff. Also appreciated the fact that your hospital has a nursery 24/7 which helped our family when I was not doing so well and needed help to have someone take care of of the baby. Thank you.
the L&D staff at baylor frisco made our short stay very warm and inviting for a hospital setting! thank you!
on time. courteous and great waiting area.
Prompt
There was little explanation on why certain tests were being done. The nurse came in and told me what tests he was going to be doing (blood, swabs, urine) but I had no clue why or how they played into my concern. There was one test I denied and got a lot of push back on and borderline felt forced to take. I couldn’t get an explanation on why it was necessary. I still have no clue what my blood or swab tests came back as or what they were for.
I came in with a migraine which is common for me. It’s a small thing but the lights were left on for the hour I was hooked to the IV and the room was freezing. The IV was beeping for a while indicating it was done. I know my nurse may have been busy but I could hear the conversations at the nurse station very clearly (they were all appropriate) so it was a little frustrating nobody else would assist (I also want to add I understand I was not their patient).
They’re small things. At an ER I know my bill will not be small which is why I would like to know if what is being asked is truly needed and what benefit they serve to my health and immediate concern.
