Every doctor, labor and delivery and postpartum nurse took such great care of me the entire time I was in the hospital. Everyone is so nice and made me feel at home.

all the staff was outstanding! It is my 3rd delivery at this hospital and the service is fantastic. I wish you would bring back all the classes... I really missed that this time and it is super important to have all of those classes back specially the car safety class and check.

The food is also great and I want to make a special reference to nurse Tammy who is fantastic, caring and knowledgeable.

When I arrived at the ER I was quickly taken back to Trioge and was immediately given IV fluids and medication to stop the intense pain I was in. The ER Dr. Aria said he would treat me as a first time patient instead of just following up on the medical procedure that I had 5 days earlier. That made me feel very comfortable.
The nurses and Doctor followed through and were able to send me him feeling comfortable after a few hours.

The nurses and all the staff were very very kind and attentive. If I had a question or concern they all were ready to listen.

While front desk receptionist was excellent, you might coach her to not call grown women “honey”. I know some think of this as a indearing term, but it feels like I’m being spoken to as a child. I know that was not her intention as she was very nice. She used them term with other women who came in after me.

Everybody was so nice and my husband and I felt really appreciated. Dr Ku ad awesome as always and nurse Ana Maria B was such a great help with my transition as a new mommy

I had a great experience from the birth of my son to recovery. My nurses Devin ,Kristin, and nicole in labor and delivery and postpart were very professional, helpful, and resourceful. The food is amazing every meal I would recommend to anyone to give birth here

I just want to make clear, this has to do with my post op recovery experience. The receptionist and my pre op nurse could not have been nicer or more attentive!

However, I pray that I never have a postop experience like this ever again. When the anesthesiologist called me the night prior to my procedure, I made it very clear that I am very sensitive to general anesthesia. I explained how hyper active I become once I am awoken, and I wanted that taken into consideration for my care. The anesthesiologist said that he understood this, so apparently this is why I was given twice the amount of Versed that a patient is typically given for surgery. It was not enough. When I woke up, I had a panic attack. I have never felt more anxious in my entire life. I could not stop shaking, and my nurse did not seem to care. I looked on the monitor, and my heart rate was about 112, and my blood pressure was 153/83. My resting systolic blood pressure is usually 100, and my resting heart rate is usually in the 60s. I am a registered nurse myself, so I knew this was not right. I demanded that she called the anesthesiologist. All the nurse told the anesthesiologist was that I was anxious, did not tell him my vitals nor did she do a proper SBAR. So I basically told the physician that I wanted Ativan to try to calm me down. He said no, offered no alternatives, and my nurse did not advocate for me. All she said was “well the doctor said no.” So she wheeled me out while I was still tachycardic and hypertensive to my mothers vehicle. It is very frustrating, especially as a black woman, for my symptoms to not be believed and not to not be taken seriously. I will never have surgery at this facility again.
