Outstanding service starting with Hannah and Christy at reception. Continued with Megan and Amy in preop, Inga and Terrell in the treatment room, and followed up by Kevin in PACU. Top notch service by the staff, Dr Burleson, and Dr Scott. All are assets to your facility.

Wonderful Dr. David Arai who took the time to explain the x-ray results, my illness and treatment, and invited me to call back for any reason and question I might have. Also, the nurse Penny was excellent and called me the next day to check up on me. She explained in detail the discharge instructions….also if I had any questions to call them. I would recommend this

Improve the wait time between check in and being taken to your procedure. I believe we had to wait for at least an hour from the time I was told to be there. Also was asked to complete paperwork for information that was already on file with BSW and was given in the phone call a couple days before.
Inattentive nursing until last day. I had asked to have help getting up to walk after surgery. No one came. I thought the nursing staff would encourage getting out of bed and moving, but they let me lay there all day long. It took over an hour one time to turn off the beeping IV machine. No one checked on me unless I called them. However, on the day I was discharged, I had the best, most caring nurse of all -- Kristy Lee. She was an angel. Checked my legs for swelling. (I had to ask to have someone put the leg pressure pumps on after going to the bathroom the day before.) She made sure I had something to eat - even ordered the food for me. She is professional, courteous, kind, and helpful; everything an ailing patient needs to feel cared for. She went so far as to open the body wash and remove the foil seal so I could take a shower. What a blessing she is. I hope you recognize that she is a very valuable and rare employee you need to keep happy.
