Every single one of my encounters with the staff and providers was excellent. Dr. Danawala, Dr. Unger, the Pre-Op, Post-Op and Check In staff were all very professional, kind and accommodating. As a patient and retired healthcare professional, the service at this facility was the best I’ve ever seen.

Very quick to get in. Clean facilities. Doctor, nurses and front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They’re also quick to get tests/scans completed. Waiting for the results is the only thing that takes the longest but even then it’s still not a very long wait.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Feel doctor did not address my problem to the fullest. Doctor gave me IV some meds ans sent me on my way. I ended up at another hospital ER within a week. I would appreciate a call. The level of treatment was not to the extent it should have been.
