Everything happened quickly and everyone was very helpful.
Professional, accurate, friendly, competent
Recived a call 2 day before labor. asked me to pay the diductable amount. i never heard before this is the first hospital collecting the amount prior to labor. she was very rude. and she said if i am not paying to she will cancel my labor.
From check-in to going home I was treated with such kindness and respect.
Quick and friendly
No stay hospital. Loved being able to come home to recuperate. Still not too happy about the doctor who inflicted excruciating pain on my neck to set up the nerve block. Wish I had been asleep for that procedure. My jaws are still sore from grinding my teeth. Constant headaches just thinking about it.
We received a friendly greeting upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The communication from all staff was stellar. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and uplifted.
Very friendly, professional and punctual
Efficient and on time
The check-in staff is friendly, professional, and quick with the registering process.
The pre-op nurses are skilled and proficient in their duties but make the patient feel comfortable and less stressed.
All the nurses were very nice. But the doctor was rude and seemed like he didn't believe I was in pain. He was condescending. I don't have insurance. So not sure why I was treated like I was there to waste his time. Believe me I'd rather not be in a hospital at all and face all the bills. Let alo e one that makes me feel worse when I go there for help. I went through 2 days of pain and couldn't handle it anymore and then get faced with someone who is questioning me and acting like I did something wrong. Horrible experience except for the nurses and receptionists. They were kind and understanding.
I was told how old is your daughter ?
Me : 8 months
Them assuming I was pregnant and was not not oh you’re gonna have a lot on your hands like instead of assuming find out why I’m having abnormal vaginal bleeding not assuming I’m pregnant again
Very good
The hospital staff from the front desk at check in, to getting back to surgical suits, to all the nurses who took care of me from recovery to getting to leave to go home. They were the best group ever!!!
Had a fantastic experience delivering my baby this past week. Thank you!
The staff (receptionist and nurses) were so warm and inviting. They helped me feel less nervous. Dr. Collins is wonderful! I really appreciated the card that was signed by the nurses and left in my packet.
Wondful caring staff
Nice and professional staff that care about all the patients
Everyone was very kind to me. I came in for a back injection that day and was in extreme pain. People not involved in my care came by as I was waiting and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I really appreciated the kindness.
The staff is very caring and efficient
I've been there at least 3 or 4 times. The best Doctors & Staff anywhere!!
I vomited while I was getting dressed in PACU, needed two people to help me stand, and then vomited again in the wheelchair, but the nurse never notified the doctor. I spoke with Dr. Knoll, and is also concerned that I was sent home feeling that way, and continued to vomit for the next 6 hours.
I had excellent service at Baylor Scott White
care and attention given by staff
Overall I had a great experience but there were times when I felt the nurses were either a bit rude or just not having a good day. I felt like anytime I asked for something, it was either ignored or the message wasn’t passed on to the next nurse on shift. It just wasn’t something I experienced at other hospitals with my first two boys. Doctors were great and again most of the staff was beyond friendly but I did have some experiences that would probably make me want to look around elsewhere first before fully turning back here 100%.
Dr. Dryden jr was apathetic and impatient. The front desk and the nurse team was great but the emergency doctor was one of the worst doctors I've interacted with. I wouldn't recommend the emergency solely because of the behavior of Dr. Dryden jr
Your caring staff.
Er doctor seemed mildly annoyed at my presence. I was sent home with and infection and only prescribed pain pills. I was still in pain at home, I saw my urologist and got prescribed proper medication.
Both of my nurses, ( can't recall their names) my respiratory nurse as well. My Dr. Meghan Hansen.

It was new to me as I have not had such surgery for over the last 40 years, so I was nervous, but the people who were involved in the operation made me feel comfortable. It was an outstanding service from everyone at the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco, including the doctors and nurses. They were thorough and friendly and explained what to expect before and after each step. I will tell my friends about this if they have to use a service from a hospital in the Dallas area. Here are the people who put great effort into their roles and work to care for me so smoothly and friendly:
v Frank Williams (Registration Specialist at BSWH Medical Center) - He called me a day before surgery and explained everything I needed to know, including answering my questions. He also followed up with an email, attaching the facility map.
v The first nurse explained the procedure and prepared me for the surgery. I heard she was either a manager or supervisor of a nurse team (another nurse, Mrs. Park, indicated she was her boss). She was a master of what she was doing and so friendly. I am sorry that I forgot her name.
v The nurse in the operating room talked to my spouse to explain the operation's progress. The nurse was in the 1st stage recovery room after the surgery, and another nurse was in the 2nd stage recovery room before I was released. They are all fabulous and friendly.
v In particular, the nurse, Mrs. Park, took time from her busy schedule to be willing to explain to my spouse in Korean when my wife needed help.
Of course, both doctors, Ewen Tseng and Peter, and the anesthesiologist were fantastic. I know the Doctor. Tseng met my spouse following the surgery to explain to her the outcome of the operation. My spouse appreciates it. Again, I would recommend it to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.
I want to thank you for all the outstanding service. FYI. I have been recovering from the surgery, which was done at 7:45 AM on 4-25-2025 at the BSWH Medical Center in Frisco.
