All the employees was so friendly and polite. Everyone was great and the service was really great
The fact that this procedure is very scary the entire staff made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door everyone was accommodating and friendly
Paul assisted me, he was awesome!! Emphatic, care and explaining everything. Thank you so much, when we are crossing moments of sickness and not to know what is happening, persons as Paul are the best medicine.
Amazing. 1000 percent better than my last ER experience at the Medical City Dallas!
The wait was short, the Dr & nurse very nice & communicative, and I didn’t have to beg for information or ice! Very clean and every single person I came into contact with was friendly & helpful. Kudos to management for fostering such a great atmosphere of sincere customer service.
Always top notch professional check-in and of course excellent care in operating room area.
The couch where dad sleeps. It doesn’t help if dad can’t get comfortable and wakes up with tension headaches and a new born screaming baby
Staff
The attention recieved was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice
They’re awesome
Very prompt, able to get right in. Everyone was very considerate.
All the staff from the minute I walked in were very courteous and caring. They were all very professional and made me feel comfortable. Everything regarding my surgery was explained to me every step of the way and any questions I had were answered. I highly recommend this facility and all the staff administrative as well as her medical staff. They are the best!!
Nurse in Recovery ripped the IV tape off my arm very abruptly, not at all gentle. Leaving marks on my arm. That really needs to be looked into. Her way of waking me up after the procedure was rude, and rushing me. Anything but gentle, courteous, and caring.
It turned what had been a good experience into a bad experience.
Additionally, I never heard from anyone anything with regard to how my procedure went, findings, results, remedies, what's next, etc. That is not acceptable.
All the staffs were super nice and supportive, just like your own family, we learned a lot from them during our stay and I’ve already missed some of the nurses that I met there. God bless them.
Great facility, helpful and polite staff.
On time, friendly, effective people. Always communicate what’s going on.
Excellent service
Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Beautiful facility.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and consistent service every step of the way--- from check-in to post-op, and everything in between!
Every aspect of the care that I received at Baylor Frisco was excellent
Demeanor of your nurses and auxiliary staff.
Everyone was attentive and pleasant to be around. I went through 4 departments and the handoff wasn’t even noticeable.
The people. They were all nice and knowledgeable about their job and passionate about what they do.
Friendly and knowledge staff. Great bedside mannerism. Thorough and not crowded - get management system creating a calm environment.
It is great care about peole
jessica and Diane were so sweet and attentive!
Thorough and friendly
Beautiful well maintained facilities, friendly helpful team that makes you comfortable and feel well cared for.
I have a deep dislike of hospitals, but Baylor Frisco doesn’t fit that model. I actually enjoy (can’t believe I’m saying this) my visits there. They make me feel better.
Friendly and full of hope, with the skills to back it up.
That’s Baylor Frisco to me.
Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and team members for making me feel better!
Some nurses are very caring. My doctor was very nice.
Would definitely recommend this hospital. Nurses and doctors at the D&L are amazing.

The dr didn’t want to help me figure out what was causing my pain. They just wanted to give me pain meds and send me on my way. I had to beg to get labs done. He said they couldn’t admit me because they had no neurologist to consult. They discharged me when I was still hurting after I told them I was in so much pain and it was unlike any pain I had ever had. I ended up going to Texas Health ER 5 hours later and was admitted to the hospital. My neurologist shared with me that it is illegal to send someone home in that way and that they should have had me transferred to another hospital with neuro.
