Very professional and on time
Very satisfied with the care I received
Definitely would return for care when needed.
Everything was good until I got out of the G.I. procedure ang in the recovery area there was a nurse Katherine(when I asked her her name she says it was cat and she turned around her bed so I couldn’t see it, but I got a glimpse of the name badge before I asked her her name) really provided very poor. Patient centered care. Once I woke up after the anesthesia were off I started coughing and gagging. I’m not sure what was going on. Not sure if it was a side effect or residual from the endoscopy tube, but she literally told me I needed to chill out and calm down. I definitely aspirated and had a coughing episode. She was very dismissive and was not empathetic and as a nurse myself, I would never treat anybody that way. Then my eyes were burning me almost as if I stuck something or something got stuck in my eye, and I was telling her my eye was burning really badly and how painful it was not once did she try to assess my eye or even look at it she told me I caused the issue to my eye because I was rubbing my eye with my hand that had the IV in it. I needed to go to the bathroom and she told me I needed to wait until the doctor came. It was obvious that the floors are running through me and I had to go to the bathroom immediately I said can I get a commode or a bed pan or something I have to go. She reluctantly agreed because I was going to the bathroom one way of the other and she told me that the doctor was going to miss me to provide me with the updates, but he could just go ahead and give it to my son who is in the room and of whom I did not authorize to discuss my medical information with. I told her he would have to wait until I return, and I went to the bathroom still very drowsy from the medication or she did not try to provide assistance to prevent me from falling a herd in myself. Once I mentioned to her that I was a nurse. Her attitude shifted a little bit and she tried to be nice however it should not have taken me telling her. I’m a nurse with over 29 years of experience and now in nursing leadership. The preop nurse was very attentive and got my IV in on the first try which was great. The doctor was good. I did ask the anesthesia to slow down on my IV prior to going into the procedure because I have had medication inserted through my IV in the past and it burns well obviously that wasn’t taken into consideration because he still inserted the medication very quickly and prior to passing out after the medication was given, I remember screaming for about 20 seconds and feeling my arm feeling like it was on fire. It was extremely traumatic for me. I would like to talk to somebody in leadership to provide some additional detail my name is Name removed and my phone number is Phone number removed. I would like to provide some feedback to possibly help improve. Patient care and outcomes as well as satisfaction. Thank you.
A very warm and friendly staff and I was very pleased with my overall experience
The hospital itself was very clean and organized. My surgical team was absolutely amazing; everyone was extremely kind and considerate and made me feel very at ease.
Friendly and knowledgeable
Friendly staff !! Excellent food !!
The nurses were extremely helpful and attentive to me and my baby’s needs. They demonstrated passion for their career and helped us have an amazing birth experience. We had our first child at another hospital and are blown away with the experience we had at Baylor Scott & White.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. Made my day go as smoothly as possible from the time I walked in to the time I left!
Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable.
The nurses! Nurse Rachel helped see my anxiety durning my first time of having to get the the procedure.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Went above and beyond to provide care for me so that I could concentrate on having my baby.
The people
Great nursing staff and doctors.
I liked the ease of parking, the process for checking in at the front desk, and the friendliness of the staff. My son enjoyed eating at the cafeteria while waiting for my recovery.
Clean, efficient and friendly.
Everyone was very nice. It was a smooth process to check in, and a nice area to wait.
The nurses Kevin and Tanner were especially awesome and made the day easy and as enjoyable as it could be!
We also appreciated the hospital Chaplin coming by for prayer. That was a comfort.
Quick and thorough service! This is our go-to urgent care!
Friendly staff and assistance is done in a timely manner
ALL the nurses, doctors and medical assistants were so kind and caring. I wish I could remember their names! My procedure was on time, all was efficient and everything went smoothly. This facility is TOP NOTCH!!! :-)
Everyone was extremely friendly and check in was easy.
My experience at the hospital for my C-section was truly one of the best. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized all the units were. The entire staff seemed to genuinely care about my experience and went out of their way to respect all my preferences.
They were with me and my family through every step of the process—during what was both one of the hardest and most important times of my life. Their knowledge, kindness, compassion, and willingness to accommodate us made all the difference. We especially appreciated how clearly they communicated everything and how supported we felt throughout.
A special shout-out to Nurse Becky (L and D)—she was absolutely amazing and made a lasting impression on me. The complimentary meals for my spouse were also a thoughtful touch, and the nursery service was a huge help.
Overall, it was one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely recommend it to others.
Very competent, very kind.
All of the staff and nurses were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, which meant a lot because I was really nervous about the surgery. They were so friendly and supportive - made me laugh and totally calmed down. Amy S. was just an angel 😇
Was in great timing and very good service
All the staff I encountered where amazing, very kind staff
Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.
Nurses were extremely kind, professional and efficient in everything they did. The hospital was clean and the doctors too great care of me.
Nice facility, but I felt like sometimes the nurses only came because I asked them to. I didn’t feel like I was routinely checked on.

Really long wait time. Got there at 3:30 for a 5:00 appointment and the room wasn’t ready so had to wait another 50 minutes. Had a great nurse named Tanner and Dr. Piper was awesome.
