Everything
Very nice staff
Very efficient
Hospital atmosphere, most nurses were polite and friendly.
Seen quickly. All staff were very caring and proficient. Workup was very thorough.
The triage nurses were amazing - Lisa and the nurse she was showing around the hospital (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) were so very kind, attentive, and thoughtful during my labor & delivery. The classes and tours offered ahead of time were really useful and calmed my anxiety about my first child's birth. And the food variety - especially breakfast - was really nice.
The services were very professional, from admitting to surgery. I was amazed at the level of care that I received at your facility!
Hopefully, I won’t have to come again. But, if I do, I’ll leave my home state of Louisiana and drive over to Texas in a heartbeat!!!😎
Great staff!
Love the nurses and the facility the only thing I was not satisfied with was walking out out of the hospital after delivery versus being in a wheelchair
Doctor was horrible. Glad I paid an insane amount to be laughed at and dismissed
Well organized, sharp competent people, friendly.
Baylor did not bill my insurance and I am a Medicaid patient, sent my account to mnet collection
I like the front desk attentiveness, especially Michael Castleberry, who handled everything about my situation and others with grace and professionalism. I like the interior architecture of the front lobby area, elegant and non-hospital feeling. I liked the nurse Rachel putting me at ease before heading into surgery. Each staff member greeted me with kindness
All employees were friendly and respectful
Woman on left at desk in Emergency Room was very rude....When I entered she was the only one at the desk and would not look at me or say anything...she just mumbled something which I could not hear through the glass panel which was erected...The waiting area was empty and I waited 30 minutes even though I told her I was in extreme pain.....Dr Aria listened to my description of recurrent diverticulitis and asked me "do you want a workup or pain meds and antibiotics" I told him I did not want pain meds just antibiotics...he left the room and the attending nurse told me to wait there....after about 10 minutes a man came into the room handed me some papers and told me goodbye...Later that day I received a phone call telling me that I "left before signing some forms and would have to give verbal answer" I asked her, "Are you the woman who admitted me?" she said yes and I told her that I was very offended by the way she treated me...I was in the same emergency room March 2024, turned away by Dr. Aria and was admitted 2 days later to Centennial for obstructed small bowel surgery.......You need to correct the staff problem at BSW on Warren
Awesome
Very prompt, professional (all who attended to my needs), room was clean and comfortable.
Nice, knowledgeable, efficient staff
It was the best
New too area! Have had medical issues. Seems they can handle it almost all of the time!!!
Staff is very friendly and comforting, making the patient feel well cared for. They are very professional in discussing services and procedures to be performed.
The people were friendly and knowledgeable.
My assigned nurses were amazing to me and my babies and my spouse
Couldn’t have had it any other way
I don’t feel like my problem was addressed correctly. No results were provided.
Professional and fast.
I don’t like having to walk up to an open area to check in. Everyone can hear everything you say, absolutely no privacy! I spent time filling out the forms online, only to have to answer them again when I got there, so what’s the point. It would be nice if you could walk in, and sit down in a comfortable chair, then when it’s your turn, at last have cubicles where you can walk in and sit down to re-answer all the questions you already answered online. Privately! Comfortably!
People are coming in for all types of procedures, it’s stressful, most people have not been able to eat or drink for hours, sometimes more than 24 hours. They may not feel well. The parking is not ideal, the main hospital entrance was not well marked. Had to walk across a parking lot in the summer heat, only to find out that I had to walk across another part of the hospital to get to the entrance. Once I got to the area to get ready for my procedure, from there the experience was top notch. Only one complaint, I could hear every word of the conversation going on across from me even with both curtains pulled. So much for HIPPA!

From the moment we entered the hospital until the moment we left, we were awed by the attentiveness, the friendliness, the professionalism, and the expertise of everyone from the reception desk to the nurses to Dr. Ewen Tseng. The experience could not have been anymore comforting, easy, and positive. My surgery was handled with the utmost care and consideration, and the staff who assisted went out of their way to help in any way they could. I felt totally pampered and in good hands.
