Treatment by the nurses
The nurses were so nice and knowledgeable! Super nice guest meals were included. Facilities were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend and would go back
Friendly, prompt and courteous
The front desk check in. One lady is loud and very impersonal.
The distance we have to drive would be a factor
Everyone was so kind and comforting
The nurses are wonderful
This is the second time I have used out patient services. None of the nurses know how to put an IV in without rolling the vein and bruising my hand three different times plus my arm. The one in my arm came out in the surgery room and I had a local Manual injection in my back before the steroid shot. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And then when I rolled over to get on the gurney. I was becoming nausea and thought I was gonna throw up in the nurse threw what look like a cloth napkin on my stomach and walked away. I could barely move from the shot and could not even get up. I was in severe pain from the local for two days. I will have to really consider going elsewhere for my doctor for these shots. Someone needs to do training with all the nurses putting in IVs with different types of veins. Should be basic.
Everyone had a smile and was very friendly and concerned about me and provided comfort as needed. Great patient care.
Facility was clean and comfortable. Personnel were professional and caring. Reception could have gone smoother. Of 4 people there only one was actively checking in patients. After we got started every person that walked up was acknowledged and helped and we were intermittently. After 15 minutes we were done. Surprising after all the online check in was previously completed before arriving.
Wonderful staff. Always a great experience for surgery

Great staff! Friendly, helpful, kind and thorough. They really cared about how I was treated and how I was feeling at all times.
I am always treated with dignity and respect. The Dr went over all my concerns and informed me of the situation and what I need to do in the future.
Friendly staff and receptive to my needs. Also prompt with the procedure.
Very nice and very efficient
Everyone was amazing, the whole delivery process was great , most especially the nursery nurses and the NICU Nurses, special thanks to Nurse Wanda, Nurse Kristi and Nurse Kari of NICU
I had the most wonderful experience for my procedure. From the parking lot speaking with someone to verify I was in the correct location all the way to my post-op care. It was the most friendly group of people I have ever encountered. The pre-op nurses made you feel at ease with their fun personalities and I've had several surgeries and NEVER had my anesthesiologist waiting on me when I woke up, that was a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend your facility to everyone I meet.
The staff, the nurses, the doctors!! The atmosphere. Very welcoming for all the patients.

This feedback is for my visit on 8/15/25 when I came in to deliver my baby and is just for the initial few people we encountered. Once our day-shift nurse arrived, all other nurses and doctors were truly incredible and made up for our initial experience.
We arrived at the hospital at about 4am - when we got there there was one security guard (First name removed) at the large round desk and she not only didn't turn around to speak to us (she stayed staring at her computer) but all while checking us in she complained about how many people were coming in to deliver and were in labor that evening. It was not a great experience, especially since I was in labor and immediately felt like I was going to be a burden.
Upon getting upstairs, we walked into Labor and Delivery and the first nurse that saw us took one look and turned to the nurses station and goes "who are THEY?" which, once again, made us feel unwelcome. The other nurse (Amber) quickly helped us and was super kind, but the other nurse was obviously put out by our presence. I do not know which nurse this was, but it quickly showed us we were not welcome and made me want to immediately go home despite being in labor.
Lastly, the doctor on duty that night was incredibly patronizing to us. I had tested positive for COVID earlier in the week, but due to symptoms having started the week prior the ER doc who took care of us told us that we would be clear by Friday (the day we checked into L&D). However, once the doctor and nurses found out I had tested positive at all, they quickly came in and gave us a lecture on how us not wearing masks was irresponsible and gave us masks. We genuinely did not realize we had to keep wearing them since we were over a week past our initial symptoms and would have been glad to have put on masks if kindly asked to do so, However, the doc on duty that morning argued with me as to why I hadn't let anyone know and should have been in contact with my OBGYN about it, which I had been. Dr. Kahn (My OB) was in contact with the ER doc and knew the whole situation, but this doctor was not having it and continued to drill me on what I should or should not have done. All in all, the doctor who was around us that morning made us feel like absolute idiots and that we shouldn't be there in the first place. It was alienating and horrible bedside manner.
To make it right, I would advise your team be much clearer with COVID rules and expectations for mothers coming in. It's already a wild experience and to feel alienated like that was hard to come back from. We were also not told the "rules" that we couldnt have visitors, couldnt leave, etc etc. and had to ask for guidance. Honestly, we felt a little trapped and like everyone was trying to stay away from us. I just wish someone had some in, kindly asked us to wear masks, and kindly let us know the guidelines we needed to follow.
All that to say, our day-nurse Veronica, all the nurses that delivered the baby, Dr. Kahn and the nurses in post-partum were lovely. We felt wildly loved by them and it did help make the experience better.
