Very friendly. Very clean. Easy to talk to. They described everything very clearly. There was only 2 people in waiting room & I did have to wait about an hour. I had gone to McKinney ER on University & waiting room was packed out. I would defnitely go here again if my GP couldn’t get me in.
The front desk did not have enough people to help. The person, who helped me was also tasked with answering the front desk phone.
As a 30 year veteran of being an insurance team leader, I wanted to help the individual, she was doing a very good job trying to cover all she was assigned, but there was no way she or anyone assigned to that front desk could be successful at there job. There was a rotation of employees coming and going from around that desk and the supervisor was standing there giving everyone stern looks, like these hard working ladies could do anything about the situation.
This was very off putting, The front desk needs an overhaul and another couple more individuals to move things along, a supervisor without “looks”.
It needs to be structured like all the other Baylor front desks where you check in. Baylor Frisco’s front check in desk is chaos.
The back surgery back is wonderful my nurse was great, very knowledgeable and Joe the anesthesiologist was excellent. So if I gave the back surgery center a number it would be 10. All other 5.
Like an episode of the Twilight Zone. I was told even though it is a BSW hospital, it was not a BSW hospital, so I could expect out of network billing. I thought the attending "nurse" was the custodian. Slow, lethargic and uncommunicative. The girl that inserted the catheter in my arm, blew it, leaving me a big bruise. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me. The place was scary and empty. Can't recommend it. Will go to Plano BSW or N. Frisco BSW if I ever have this problem again.

Every member of the staff that helped us in Labor and Delivery as well as in Postpartum were excellent. They were kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. Standout employees I wanted to shout out were Connie, Kathleen, Amy, Prisila, and Misi - they gave us so much useful advice when we asked and took care of us. My son’s initial labor and delivery nurse who did the preliminary vaccines and checks was also excellent; if the team gets to read these, I apologize in not remembering her name, but she was the best. If the time comes to have another, or if I’m recommending a hospital for this purpose, I’m definitely going to point to BSW Frisco. Thanks, y’all!!

The facility is very nice and clean. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The registration and check in are well organized and efficient. The nurses and doctors were taking their time to answer my questions and go over the pro and con of the surgery procedures.

I can’t believe how wonderful everyone was- Rebecca was my nurse along with several others - blonde in post op but of course I can’t remember her name. Unbelievable service. Dr. Taylor and the anesthesiologist just amazing.
