We were from out of state and it was my 96 year old dad that had medical issues. We were treated with compassion and kindness from the admin intake staff. After being assessed, they took is right back and made him comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly thru out his treatment. He was treated and released in record time. We had to get meds and it was the middle of the night-we were given a map and easily got what we needed. Clear instructions for care.
The staff are so kind and helpful. They make you feel at ease during your worst day.

My concerns were not heard, and no testing or radiology was offered even after inquiring about it.
The doctor stared at me blankly, and the nurse seemed flustered and unprepared.
Two days later the pain was even worse, so I went to a different hospital for the same issues and received excellent care.
Everything was so clean, organized and the staff were all so polite and informed/informative.

Have an OBGYN on staff during the night. I had to hold my baby in for 20 minutes while I waited for the Dr to show up. Begging and screaming and trying to convince anyone to please let me pay my baby out. Out of all 3 of my pregnancies this was the most painful and that is with an epidural. Dr did not apologize for being late and did not even check on me once I was finished pushing. He immediately left without saying a word to anyone. Even my head nurse was shocked to find out he was gone. I understand unplanned deliveries are unexpected and cannot be prepared for. But I do believe when I showed up the whole process could have been handled better. I did tell Anna Clair several times that once my water broke it would be very quick for delivery. Maybe if she would have called as soon as my water broke it would have been different. Other than that the nursing staff was amazing.

I cant thank all the nurses who tended to me and my baby during labor and postpartum care. Each a every nurse is very caring and thorough with schedules, helping out with any questions and care. I want to take a moment to thank Andrea, Chrissy, Lucy, Lauren, Brianne and Michelle for the nursery, labir and postpartum care. Dr Bradley thank you so much for being there for your patients , showing up and delivering the babies, although you yourself have delivered your baby. I highly recommend this hospital, also their home style hot meals and celebration dinner are excellent.
The whole labor and delivery unit of BSW Frisco is amazing. The nurses and all the other staff were very helpful. I had the best labor and delivery experience at this hospital as a first time mom. I am extremely grateful for their outstanding service.
