Everyone was very professional and friendly.
I appreciate the way that every employee/staff help patients feel welcomed. They are caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. The nurses are organized, detailed, and patient. While waiting to go to ambulatory care for surgery, the schedule and phases of recovery were explained to me in a caring manner.
This was my first time going to Baylor hospital on Warren Parkway in Frisco. I was so impressed with all aspects of my surgery and recovery that day. This hospital is a top notch operation!!!

The quality of medical care and the care I received was exceptional. I hope the following individuals will be recognized for their skill and patient relations.
David Arai, M.D. – In additional to assuring a thorough diagnosis and treatment of my injuries, he took the time to explain my treatment options while listening to my concerns. Of the many Emergency Department physicians I have worked with, Dr. Arai is one of the best.
Ernest, R.N. – This is a truly skilled, compassionate individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. He was meticulous in closing my wounds. Undoubtedly, his care will result in complete healing. I have not known a better ED nurse.
Vanessa, RN – She was also serving as the relief Charge Nurse but took the time to assure that I and my family were comfortable and that I was prepped for the examination.
It seemed registration was short-handed. The computers were down which made registration long. BUT all the staff from front desk through OR recovery to escort to car were very friendly efficient & kind. Extremely nice facility.
The people!. Everybody we had any contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pre-op and post-op nurses were great. Great waiting area and lunch room for family/guests during surgery.
The persons who admitted me and did the preliminary work before turning me over to the nurse and Dr Lee were all excellent..
However the nurse was not very polite, she seemed as if I was bothering her.., she never took any vital signs on me till “after” she had finished the discharge paperwork,, I asked if she would take my blood pressure and temp. As I was sweating and feeling dizzy.. then I had to ask her my results.. she said my temp was 98…. I saw my BP was 145/76 which is high for me.. she never said what it was or addressed it.
The Dr also seemed like he did not want to be waiting on me.. he appeared distant and unengaged/not present .. all the other staff was very kind, polite, customer friendly; esp Natalie.. they helped to make a very painful time be best possible

Amazing nurses! Made the experience fantastic. The food was yummy and fast! I felt extremely safe and taken care of during my labor. I loved how welcoming everyone was and how they really listened to what I wanted and needed. This was my second baby delivered there and I will continue to come back and recommend them to everyone having a baby!
The provider and nurse and front desk staff are all friendly and helpful.
Quick and caring! Friendly staff got me in and assessed. I needed X-rays and CT scan, response to injury, and was in and out within 1.5 hours.
Dr. Collins is awesome and so are the staff of BSW. The staff made me feel like family from entry to exit. Very professional but relaxed and caring. Thank you all very much.
This hospital is amazing. It’s updated and looks really nice and clean. The food is so good- I was excited to come back for baby #2 so I could get some of my favs! And of course all the staff and nurses are so kind, helpful, and good at what they do. I felt very safe and taken care of and my baby was in good hands. Thank you so much!
My procedure was awesome from the word go! We loved the checkin process, our preoperative and postoperative nurse were amazing!! Rachel our preop nurse was sweet and kind and professional. She guided us through every turned we loved meeting her. We also enjoyed Brie our CRNA she listened and took our concerns seriously. Lori our discharge nurse was amazing, informative, kind and professional. The only issue I had with my stay was an Anesthesiologist Dr. stinger never came behind the curtain to introduce himself to me. He wrote in my chart and the CRNA mentioned you’ve already met the anesthesiologist. No we never met him. We thank Brie for all her care but don’t think it’s proper for an MD to be apart of care but never formally introduce himself.

Everyone from the the check-in staff, to the surgery prep staff, anesthesiologist, Dr Gross, and post-surgery staff were exceptional. I could have not have been in better hands.
