Doctor and nurse (African male nurse) was extremely rude. I didn’t let them know I’m a doctor myself and didn’t agree with such bedside manners. Terrible experience

recovery took care of me like I was family!

Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Super impressed with the food from room service as well!
Phenomenal staff- from the nurses to the anesthesiologist and my OBGYN of course. The surgical team that prepped me were unparalleled, as were the nurses that cared for me during my recovery period.

We loved the care we got at Baylor Scott both for mommy and baby. The nurses were super friendly and took care of our medical needs.
Right on time, everyone super nice efficient and confident.
(1) The people. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. There wasn’t a single bad interaction that we had.
(2) The great care. Everyone hired was SO good and passionate at their job. Veronica was a spectacular L&D nurse and Latoya was the best lactation consultant I’ve ever met (and I’ve met many)
(3) The food. Hospital food has a bad reputation; however, there were many meals that I ate that surpassed restaurant food. It is something that I feel like most hospitals skimp out on cost-wise, but makes such a difference especially when you have something three times a day.
