Professional and kind staff, nurses and doctors
The front desk was very personable and fast with the check in. The nurses on the back explained everything and took care of my mother from the beginning up to discharge.

Doctor did a complete work up, let us know the plan of care, and made sure we felt heard. We felt like we were in the best hands all around and had an exceptional experience! Prompt professional and complete.
I was disappointed to learn that if my event (gastric distress) required a gastroenterologist or an endoscopy, I would need to be transported to another hospital. I was told the same for a cardiac event - no cardiologist in Baylor, Scott, White, as they are primarily an OB facility?
So in the case of a true emergency I would recommend going to a hospital that serves all major medical needs.
