The process was fine until post-op. We felt as though the staff was unkind in rushing me through discharge to maybe get me out faster?
Maybe they needed my bed???? I was fairly nauseous and let them know. On the nurse transfer, one said: “I just pumped her full of Zofran”. They got me sprite and crackers. When I said I was still really sick, the nurse offered me a ginger ale and gave me a vomit bag to go. I held it together but threw up as soon as I got home.
The night after, I found that I was still stained ALL over my torso with iodine & still had 4 Electrode stickers ( not sure if that’s what they’re called) stuck on. Maybe that’s not something that’s taken care of after an operation, but it seems like at least it was an oversight, since I wasn’t allowed to bathe for 24 hours.
I had both of my children at Baylor, so it is close to my heart. I waited for my procedure so I could have it at Baylor. The tail end of my visit was a little disappointing.

Dr. YC Lee was so dismissive and rude. There is nothing to do. I just want visit this place
Friendly and attentive staff
My entire time there through labor and delivery every nurse I had was attentive, informative, and overall a huge help, as I’m a first time mom. They answered any and all questions I had. They made our stay light and easy!!
