Make the updated information easier to obtain. Frisco does not show up on BS&W app like the rest and it’s hard to keep informed
Set up schedule outlining the times for postpartum “visits” for baby and mommy care. Set time slots like 7-9 am, 12-2 pm, 6-8 pm etc., of course doctors should come when they can, but nurse visits for baby and mommy, vitals, etc could be synchronized better.
The wait time was very short.
I literally walked in and within 5 minutes I was being taken care of by the attending physician Dr. Arai.
Dr. Arai was very friendly, approachable and easy to talk to.
He immediately ordered some tests to determine what was wrong with me.
The attending RN Shanna was top notch.
She was very nice, friendly and professional.
She walked me through the steps and kept me informed on what is going on and what is about to happen.
The examination rooms were clean, and comfortable.
I had urine analysis, blood work, CT scan and a final diagnosis within 3 hours of my arrival.
Dr. Arai sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy and I was able to get it the same day.

Everyone was very attentive. They weren't dismissive and I felt like they went above and beyond to care for me.
The providers care. They want to give the best service possible and available, nobody hesitates to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and keep you updated/posted about your developing condition. Everyone is there to give their 100% no matter what. I would love to thank Dr. Tia Thai; RNs Sonya, Cynthia, Katie; Nursery Nurses Adyson, and last but not the least, anesthetic nurse (forgot his name, sorry) for their outstanding care and support through painful and stressful situation. Thank you all the health care providers.

Bedside manner from both nurse and doctor was very poor. It was like neither one of them wanted to be there!
I didn’t get my baby’s proper discharge papers, prescription wasn’t sent to my pharmacy after discharge, nurses were not very accommodating or helpful. Nurses seemed checked out, very few nurses on call.
I had a very positive experience at this emergency room. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The doctor was thorough, explained everything clearly, and treated me with respect and care. Even in a busy environment, I never felt rushed or overlooked. I truly appreciate the kindness and efficiency shown by the entire team. Thank you for providing excellent care during a stressful time.

The nursing staff if incredible. From pre-op to recovery, those ladies that took care of me are passionate about their work and it shows when taking care of someone. My only complaint, and has nothing to do with the nurses, was the doctor was running 4 hours behind on surgery. Something that should be addressed or told to patients that can’t eat or drink the entire day. When you’re planning on being home around 7-8pm and don’t get home until after midnight, it’s annoying.
It was very organized and all the staff were very caring and helpful.
